"PART - A Civil works" Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged granite aggregates for foundations; plinth; bedding; platform; pathways & all other miscellaneous PCC works including mixing; transporting; laying; spreading; consolidating; leveling; finishing as directed, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork and staging / platform & curing, racking out all the masonry joints & close hacking the concrete / plastered surfaces, base shall be slightly wet; fully neat & clean before laying Concrete, cleaning the work area & disposing the waste & unwanted materials up to a lead of 100 Mts outside the periphery of the work premises etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts.

"PART - A Civil works" Providing and laying Cast-In-Situ RCC of grade M25 confirming to IS 456 using 20mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable stones for various types of works such as Footing, piers, columns, beams, slab, sloped slab, lintel, chajja, parapet, walls, handrail posts, retaining walls, side walls and all miscellaneous RCC works including machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidating by using vibrator, leveling finishing as directed and providing & fixing staging / platform, preparation of base & base shall be slightly wet before laying concrete, curing, cleaning the work area & disposing the debries upto a lead of 100 mtrs. Outside of work premises etc. Complete all as per specification, as per drawing(s) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all heights. Note: Reinforcement and formwork will be measured & paid under item no. 6A.

"PART - A Civil works" Providing, placing and removing form work for all in-situ concrete works such as Foundation, raft, columns, beams, slab, footings, all other miscellaneous RCC works including centering & staging / platform, cleaning the work area, disposing of debris etc., up to a lead of 100 Mts outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specification, as per drawing(s) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all lifts / heights. Note: The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces.For floor / roof beam, slab, lintels, lofts & chajjas & stairs in all floors [Above ground Level]

"PART - A Civil works" Providing and laying approved make high yield strength deformed Reinforcement bars of all dia meters confirming to grade Fe-415 of IS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform cleaning the work area, disposing of waste materials / debris etc., up to a lead of 100 Mts outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specification, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of Binding wire and cover blocks and will not be measured and paid separately.

"PART - A Civil works" Providing and laying 150 mm thick Stone Soling using hard; durable & approved quality stones / rubbles of 150 mm and down. size including preparation of bed properly by leveling dressing & hand ramming using hand rammer, watering, providing & filling interstices using small size stones / chips, providing & spreading binding materials such as murrum / gravel with proper watering, and cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / waste materials, up to a lead of 100 Mts outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations.

"PART - A Civil works" Providing & Constructing Burnt Brick Masonry 230 mm thick in CM 1:5 using well Burnt Bricks of standard size & compressive strength of not less than 35Kg/cm2, using cement mortar 1:5 for Super Structure, plinth and all other Miscellaneous Masonry Work, including simultaneous flush pointing, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, curing, cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / waste materials etc., up to a lead of 100 Mts outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations.

"PART - A Civil works" Providing & Constructing Burnt Brick Masonry of 115mm thick using well Burnt Bricks of standard size & compressive strength of not less than 35Kg/cm2, using cement mortar 1:4 for Super Structure of Partition walls and all other miscellaneous masonry works of 115 mm thickness including laying of RC horizontal bands and RC stub columns of size 115mm x 115mm @ every 1.00 to 1.50 meter interval laying 2 numbers 6 mm dia MS rod. simultaneous flush pointing, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, curing, cleaning the work area & stacking the construction debris / waste materials etc., up to a lead of 100 Mts outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations. Flooring with 20 mm thick CM of 1:4 [bedding] close jointed as directed, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry, finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., including cutting of tiles; washing; preparation of base by close hacking / roughening of existing base, cleaning & washing the base with clean water, base shall be neat; clean & slightly wet before laying mortar & tiles and base shall be clean & dry before laying adhesive & tiles, curing, cleaning & washing / mopping the work area and disposing the debris / unwanted materials up to a lead of 100 meters outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specifications, as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all lifts / heights. "PART - A Civil works" Providing and laying Glazed Ceramic Tiles of approved size and shade (6mm minimum thick) at wash area / toilets walls and Dados / Skirting of approved brand / shade / color & of standard thickness [as per concerned BIS]. with 12 mm thick CM of 1:3 [backing] or using approved Adhesive pasting the tiles on the concrete or on the masonry or on plastered surfaces, close jointed as directed, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry, finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., including cutting of tiles; washing; preparation of base by close hacking / roughening of existing base, racking out all the adjoining masonry joints, cleaning & washing the base with clean water, base shall be neat; clean & slightly wet before laying mortar & tiles and base shall be clean & dry before laying adhesive & tiles, curing, cleaning & washing / mopping the work area and disposing the debris / unwanted materials up to a lead of 100 meters outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specifications, as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all lifts / heights. The Kadappa slabs shall be hand cut edge chamfered, closely jointed as directed, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry, polished, finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., including washing, preparation of base by close hacking / roughening of existing base, racking out all the adjoining masonry joints, base shall be clean & slightly wet before laying mortar curing, cleaning, washing / mopping the work area and disposing the debris / unwanted materials up to a lead of 100 Mts outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and heights. "PART - A Civil works" Providing and applying Two Coat of white Acrylic intirior grade plastic Emulsion paint of approved brand over a coat of relevant Primer [water Based] over the ceiling surface of newly plastered concrete RCC members such as beams & other concrete surfaces, including providing & applying one coat putty for entire surface, preparation of surfaces by sand papering, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of Putty; Primer & Acrylic Distemper, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required cleaning / mopping / washing the work area and disposing the debris / waste up to a lead of 100 Mts outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations.

"PART - A Civil works" Providing and applying Two Coat of Acrylic intirior grade plastic Emulsion paint of approved brand & shade over a coat of relevant Primer [water Based] over the interior surface of newly plastered concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces, including providing & applying one coat putty for entire surface, preparation of surfaces by sand papering, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of Putty; Primer & Acrylic Distemper, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required cleaning / mopping / washing the work area and disposing the debris / waste up to a lead of 100 Mts outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations.

"PART - A Civil works" Providing and applying Two Coat of Exterior Grade weather coat paint of approved brand over a coat of relevant approved primer over newly plastered external surfaces of walls beams; posts of hand rail concrete surfaces, including preparation of surfaces by sand papering & cleaning the surface. The surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of paint, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required cleaning / mopping / washing the work area and disposing the debris / waste up to a lead of 100 Mts outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations.

"PART - A Civil works" Providing and laying Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment with Brunt Brick Bat Coba over Roof Slab using well Brunt Brick Bats of size 25 mm to 115 mm, OPC Cement mixed with water proofing compound [confirming to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ rate of 2 % by the weight of cement or as per the manufacturers specification] and thin Fiber Glass Cloth [of approved brand, quality, flexible uniformly bonded mat composed of chemically resistant borosilicate glass fiber distributed in random open porous structure bonded together with a thermosetting resin] including preparation of base by roughening the base and the base shall be rough; neat; clean [free from oil; grease; dust; dirt; fungus; algae; dead / waste mortar or concrete debris and washed using clean water] & slightly wet before executing the each stages of Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment. Each stage [specified below] of Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment shall be continued up to a height of 300 mm vertically on the parapet walls, pipes [as per enclosed sketch]. Stages of the Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment are...... The fixtures shall be installed on the wall / ceiling by using two number PVC round block and 6mm coach screw for fixing. Necessary connections has to be made and fittings shall be connected by using adaptor with 3C X 0.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable from nearest ceiling rose / angle holder. (The angle/ pendent holder is covered in item no.2). All as instructed by the engineer in charge and technical specification.

PART - C "Electrification Works" Supply and installation of plate type earth pit (Confirming to BIS : 3043) with 600mm X 600mm X 6.3mm G.I. plate including all required items such as salt, charcoal etc,. The earth pit shall be of 2.5 meter deep excavated in all type of soil. The plate shall be placed at centre of pit and shall be covered with alternate layer of salt and charcoal. A masonry chamber of 450mm X 450mm (from inside ) with 50mm thick RCC cover with lifting hook shall be provided for earth pit. A G.I wire of 8 SWG shall be connected from earth pit to meter board. All the items to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope. And all as instructed by the engineer- in-charge and technical specification.

PART - C "Electrification Works" Supply and providing catnary service connection by using 4.0 sq.mm, 2 run of pvc insulated, pvc sheathed (CTS), aluminium conductor/wire, reel insulator and 10 SWG G.I wire. The required accessories such as GI wire, hardwares, binding wire, reel insulators etc to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope. All as instructed by engineer in charge.

PART - C "Electrification Works" Supply and installation of teak wood meter board, 450mm Wx300mm Lappx.installed with one number 32 amps fuse unit, one number 25 amps, 30 mA sensitivity ELCB (RCCB). The termination / connection of catnery service from pole to meter board including earth connection shall be done by contractor. The required accessories such as GI pipe, GI wire, hardwares, GI clamps etc., to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope. The board to be nount in recessed fashion. All as instructed by engineer in charge.

PART - C "Electrification Works" Supply and installation of single phase MCB DB 6 way consisting of 1 No DP 25 Amp,, MCB and 3 numbers 10 amps, single pole MCB's with concealed mounting type metal enclosure DB and cable end box. The DB shall be mounted on concealed fashion and the required hardwares and wall chasing and finishing are in contractors scope. All as instructed by engineer in charge

PART - C "Electrification Works" Supply and installation of Domesticsubmersible pump at bore well along withcontroller (starter panel ) and its Electrical and water line connections all as per direction of engineer in charge and BIS standard.

Supply and laying of 1.5 sq. mm 3 core flat cable along with submercible pump in openwell from ground level All as instructed by engineer in charge.

Supply and laying of 1.5 sq. mm 3 core flat cable and 25 mm dia PVC conduit (heavy duty ,Industrial grade ) Cable to be laid in 25 mm Corrugated PVC conduit both in ground & wall from starter panel.Trench must be 750 mm depth and 300 mm wide. Excavation for trench and covered top with bricks. Work also includes refilling of the trench with excavated soil and sand leveling/ramming the surface in good looking manner as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of submersible pump.Specification : 1.0 HP Domestictype,8 stage, 4", single phase Oil filled submersible pump WITH CONTROL PANEL (Control panel to be installed at wall and submercible pump at open wel along with 1 run of 6mm Dia PVC coated steel wire ropeor Polypropelene twisted rope) All as directed by Engineer.

Supply and Laying of Unplasticized PolyVinyl Chloride (UPVC) Rigid,column pipe .standard grade Size1 "33 mm x 3Mtr length with all accessories like adaptor set and pump guard etc.in Openwell and upto Water tank..Laying includes with necessary PVC strip fixing with coach screw at openwell wall and also under ground etc. Excavation of ground covers in item no 13.2
