Rectification of Black spot at Shoghi Town through construction of steel foot path on Kalka Shimla Wangtoo Road on NH-05 from Km131/00 to 145/100 and Km0/0 to 13/00

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonary, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled materials, disposal of unservicebale materials and stacking the serviceable material with all leads, lifts of 1000 mtrs. as per directiion of Engineer-In-Charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in Sub-Structure complete as per drawing and technical specification PCC M-20 including all leads and lift, carriage of material by all mode of transportation as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. (TATA, Jindal and Branded company) as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including all leads, lifts, carriage of material as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 80mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm thick C.C. grass paver block of M-50 grade with approved color design and pattern by all mode of transportation to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In Charge.

Providing and fixing of steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including fabrication,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers, etc. complete (Ref: DSR 2013-Item No. 10.16.1) a Hot finished welded type tubes (TATA STRUCTUURA/JINDAL , PARKASH STEEL TUBES AND BHUSHAN INDUSTRIES) make conforming to IS:1161&YST 210 type. Tubes shall be clean, finished and reasonably free from scale. the standard size and weight of the tubes of the hollow section shall be as per IS:4923 Washers shall be specially shaped where necessary or other means use to give the nuts and heads of the bolt a satisfactory bearing,weight of the cleats, brackets packing pieces, bolts, nuts ,washers, distance pieces separators, diapharam, gusseests fish plates, etc. shall be added to the weight of the respective items including carriage by all mode of transportation to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc.(TATA ,JINDAL and branded company) as required.In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete including carriage by all mode of transportation to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 10 Gauge weld mesh of size 50mm x50 mm for floor/roof slab concrete screed over the micro beams as reinforcement. The weld mesh shall be fixed as per drawing including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying yellow colour Rumble strips by Hot applied theremoplastic paint marking of 2.5 mm thick 300mm wide 15mm height (2.5*6) times and 1000 mm Centre to centre spacing one set is 6 strips on 4 location as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying White colour ZEBRA Crossing by Hot applied theremoplastic paint 50cm wide and 2.00mtrs long and 50cm centre to centre strips on Two locations as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
