Preparing the existing surface of laying the road to proper gradient and remove the loose soil without damaged the water supply and other pipe lines. The rate inclusive of all charges such as earth work and remove the same away from the site etc, complete as per standard specification.

ORDINARY SOIL (SS20 B) : Earthwork excavating the earth , sand , silt or other loose soil , wet sand or silt not under water , light black cotton soil , sandy loam and ordinary soil including the excavated earth and taking away from the site

Providing and laying spreading and compacting the raded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Mecadam of thickness 150mm including the premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant arriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Providing and laying upto 75mm thick dense Bituminus macadam using 0.4cum for 37.5 - 13.2mm , 0.35cum for 13.2 - 2.36mm and 0.36 cum of 2.36mm and below size IRC metal with 71.3kgs of VG30 bitumen (procured from State Description OR central Public sector undertaking only) for premixing per 10sqm including cost of conveyance and other materials to CMP site heating bitumen and aggregate to the require temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30MT capacity conveying the mix by tipper to the paver site spreading the mix in unifrom thick of 75mm with mechanical paver to the speified grade and cross sections and consolidatd by 8-10 MT vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including the labour for attending the paver to the site ., including the hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30MT CMP with bitumen boiler ,tipper,trucks and 9M paver finisher vibratory roller and all other tools & plants and fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete as per spcification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH rev-5

Painting and applying prime coat over WMM surface of 7Kg per 10 Sqm including the cost of conveyance 7Kg per 10 Sqm including the cost of conveyance bitumen emulsion , labour charges for preparing the surface for applying required quantity of emulsion as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 502 of MORTH specification

Applying tack coat of 2.5 kg per 10 sqm over BT surface treated with binder using 2kg of bitumnous emulsion (RS) for 10 sqm area including the cost of bituminous binder including the labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manullay etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying semidence bituminus concrete 40mm thickness using 0.13cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm graded metal & 0.17 cum of 9.5-2.26 mm graded metal & 0.26 cum of 2.36mm & below with 45.27Kg of 60/70 bitumen and 5.03 kg of plastic waste ( total - 50.30 kg ) and for premixing per 10sqm including the including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen & aggregate to required temp & mixing them in required temp in cenrtal mix plant 20-30MT capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site , spreading the mix required temperatures of uniform thick of 40/30mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grade & cross sections and compaction vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen tank and metal in to feeder unit labour for attending to paver site including hire charges & fuel charges for 20-30 MT CMP with bitumen boiler tipper truck pavers finishes vibratory rollers and all other T&Ps required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause of Rev 5 specification
