Earth work for drain to required depth, either by cutting and disposal of excavated soil to areas of fill or by filling with earth suitable for filling brought from areas of cutting or borrow pits in all kinds of soils except rock requiring blasting

Earth work for CC Flooring to required depth, either by cutting and disposal of excavated soil to areas of fill or by filling with earth suitable for filling brought from areas of cutting or borrow pits in all kinds of soils except rock requiring blasting

Conveyance the excess earth or earth not suitable for refilling, dumping and spreading, levelling of the same at places of dump approved by departmental officers and as directed including lorry hire charges, labour for loading, unloading spreading, levelling making approches for areas of sumps etc., complete.

Providing and laying well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in lead chart ot the road side including loading, unloading and stacking the well gravel at road side to departmental gayge for pre- measurement including labour charges for laying spreading leveling to camper etc., complete as per specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) usingn 40mm gauge hard broken granite stome jelly for all cc items of work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officers etc.,

Centering with steel centering for revetment, drain and culvert upto 1.20m depth using MS Sheet of size 0.90x 0.60m 10 gauge thick and stiffened with MS 'L' angle wood runners of size 0.075 x 0.05 three rows with support by casurina pullys 0.075 cm at 0.45m length including cost of nails tec., area. 10.80 sq.mtr (upto 4 feet)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three fine aggregates and six coarse aggregates) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Wall plastering for using cement mortar 1:5 (One part of cement, five parts of sand by volume) thickness 12 mm (average) for all internal / external surface for drains etc., finished smoothy to one level inlcuding curing etc., complete, at all leads and at all heights.

Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and struttign upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm and BG 10 Stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 x 3 mm for boarding laid over country wood jounsts of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm C/C and supports by causrina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm C/C etc., completed as directed. Supplying and fabricating of reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete works at all heights and depths including straightening, cleaning, cutting, ending, placing in position and binding, hoisting and welding if any including cost of power, electrodes etc., cost of annealed binding wire (18 gauge), providing necessary cover blocks for all works as per detailed drawings supplied (including chairs, cranks, lap rods, spacer bars, fan hook etc.,) with the relevant standard specification, complete for all leads & lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 one part of cement, one and half parts of sand, three parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced cement concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and fromwork etc., complete complying with the relevant standard specification at all leads inside the building.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two fine aggreagates and four coarse aggregates) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., compelete as per standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of Bitumen pad for 12 mm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 600 mm Man hole cover with frame (SFRA) IS 12592 as per standard specification and direction of departmental officers.
