REPAIRS TO ALMIRAH LARGE/SMALL (FD-67/1031/1032/1033/1034) S&F of handle steel Chromium plated of size 100mm long with 25mm long steel pin to make 3 way locking system fully operational including removing of unserviceable handle steel from Almirah steel of any size or type complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F of three way locking device to making the system fully operational including removing of unserviceable locking system of Almirah large steel complete all as per specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 here in above but for Almirah Medium/Small steel.

S&F of Lock six livers, brass of Godrej pattten, with duplicate keys and including removing unserviceable lock from Almirah steel of any size or type complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F of Clips for fixing of shelves, including removing unserviceable clips from Almirah steel of any size or type complete all as per specified and directed.

Repairs to door as specified including replacement of Hinges of almirah steel med / large all as per specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by rubbing down with emery paper without damaging the existing coat, clean throughly to remove all dust/oily sport etc and applying one coat of synthetic emanel paint olive green with spray gun all side for Almirah large steel all as specified and directed.

S&F shelves of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size and shape including applying a coat of red oxide primer and including removing of unserviceable shelves from Locker bedside steel.

REPAIR TO GI CHARPOYS (FD - 220) Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI charpoy and tighting of the frame of GI Charpoys and supply and fixing of 12mm thick ply wood commercial, BWR Grade ISI Marked of size 1980mm x 900mm and rounded edges on four corners with GI bolts and nuts 6mm dia 75mm long with washers (3mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI charpoy (03 each on both long rails and 2 Nos of each on both short rails) and fixing complete including S&F 02 Nos flat iron 40mm width x 5mm thick x 880mm length to be placed over long rails (Flat Iron to be placed between plywood and long rails and to be fixed with the same bolt and washers mentioned above) . The ends of flat iron should be gound smoothly and apply two coat of enamel paint black over a coat of metal primer for entire flat iron all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI and supply and dixing in position new 1950mm long rail made out of 32 mm GI pipe including necessary curring, threading complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Cutting and threading for short rail of size 830mm from long rail retrieved from srl item No. 10 above and fixing in position after recoving old unserviceable short rail of charpoy GI including necessary threading, cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and threading 390mm long leg of GI charpoy out of short rail retrieved from srl item No. 11 above and welded 3mm MS plate on bottom side and fixing in position after removing of broken leg complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out old unserviceable elbow and Supply and Fixing new 32mm dia three way elbow ISI marked.

Taking out old unserviceable check nut and Supply and Fixing new 32mm dia check nut ISI marked.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VARANDAH (FD - 220) Taking out old worn out cane from chair varandah and welding the broken joints and applying two coats of paint synthetic enamel white by hand brush over a well prepared surface and recaning the same with 4 mm wide 0.6mm thick half round white plastic cane complete as specified and directed.
