Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation drains, pipes, cables etc.(not exceeding 15m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 mtr including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth 1mtr from cutting edge (all kinds of soil)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level.

Providing and laying cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level.

Providing and laying Damp proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) Brick of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level up to floor 1st level

Reinforced cement concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 150 landings balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases up to five level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1 ½ :3 mix (1 cement: 1 ½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches in layer (each layer not exceeding 15cm) with intermediate layer of compacted earth (soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides and top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 300m or as directed by Engineer-in-charge including compacting each layer by roller/ ramming and watering. All complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all. Complete cold twisted bars.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying and priming coat of approved steel primer. all complete (welded)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer crated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purloins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less tha 275gm/sqm

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washer compete 0.50mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 grms/m2

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollows tubes etc.) trusses etc including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete, Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing Eves boarding ornamental type made of plain G.S. sheets 50mm thick 300mm wide

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position withhold fast rings or with dash fasteners of required dia and length rings or dash fastener shall be paid separately; second class deodar wood

P/fixing glazed shutters for doors windows and celestory windows using 4mm thick flat glass panes including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws 35mm thick 2nd class deodar wood .

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors windows clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges, bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/Fixing MS Grill of required pattern in frames of windows etc with MS flats ,sqaure or roundbars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete

Electrification of whole plant room 55'-9'' x 35-9'' including providing and laying of wires6mm2,4mm2,2.5mm2,1mm2 (havels make) and boards along with swithes,indicators etc for mechanical equipments as per the requirement. The wires has to be laid in walls in conduits by cutting the wall and making it good.Also providing of heating and lighting points in the plant room as per the requirement and direction of the site engineer in charge.The layout for boards and wiring shall be cited and marked on a seperate plan. 1) Boards for supplying 3-phase power including wires and cables to withstand load for each equipment in the layout plan of plant. 2) Heating points in the shed-6No, lighting points -20 No tubes 2' length havell make of 30 W each, fan point- 2 with 48'' fan of reputed make, Exhaust fan -2 No required size to ventilate the plant room 3) The Job also includes Earthing or grounding electrode design including rods,plats and strips etc to the Plant room as per Standard and also as per the direction of the site engineer in charge
