Charges for overhauling and reconditioning of 600 NB worn-out Butterfly valve by dismantling the valve body, disc, shaft, manual operation gear box, bush, rubber seal etc., welding the worn out areas of valve body and disc with suitable Cast iron / SS welding electrodes, stress relieving and machining the welded area, supply and fixing new seal ring with new screws, welding and re- boring the worn out shaft seating bores of the disc and bush seating area of the body, fixing the bushes and shafts and complete assembling, checking the operation of the valve and leak testing the seal to 6 Kg/cm2 water pressure.
