M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, including finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Machine Cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick on James and cill of windowsand riser of steps, single piece not less than 1.20 meter of length as in skirting, over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness)screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rounding to edges ( both side edges ) of stone slabs (of any description) , such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(ii) The water proofing treatment will be got carried out by the manufactarers or their authorised applicators duly approved by the manufacturer.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 50 mm to maintain a slope of 1:100 ,complete all as specified and directed.
