REPAIR AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF PNEUMATIC TOOL AIR COMPRESSOR AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS AT GE(AF) EM CHAKERI AT AFS KANPUR

Comprehensive maintinance by Inspection & Services of the complete compressor of Make: Atlas Opco Model No. GA-55VSD-FFA-12.75 installed at Hanger No-02 and Hanger No-19 with authorised service agency of OEM as approved by GE all as directed by Engineer in Charge and in accordance with note as under:-.

Note:- (i) Inspection and servicing of compressor shall be carried out in multiple time in entire contract period as and when required, the contractor shall quote their unit rate considering this aspect and no compensation on this account shall be admissible. (ii) Spares parts as required shall be measured and paid seperetely under respective items here in after.

Penality:- (i) All the machine are initially required to be made fully functional within 60 days of handing over site/ as per WO No.1 placed on contractor, failure of which a penality of ₹ 1000/- per day per machine subject to maximum of ₹ 10,000/- per machine shall be made. (ii) All the subsequently break down if any as and when occures are required to be attended within 72 Hrs of intimation of break down during currency of contract period and it shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted unit rate. Non rectification within 72 hrs , a penality of ₹ 500/- per day per machine subject to max of ₹ 5000/- per machine shall be made.

M&L for repair & trouble shooting of Graphic card of Make: Atlas Coco air compressor Elektronikon Mk5 including providing genune software including downloading and installation of software complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: necessary documentary proof of providing genunene software (entering licence key) shall be provided by the contractor)

S&F in replacment of 15mm dia ball brass valve, high presssure with polythelen float valve and fly nut complete scewed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacment of 25mm dia ball brass valve, high presssure with polythelen float valve and fly nut complete scewed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacment of 15mm bore air regulating valve of size complete with ball valve, air regulating valve pressure gauge and quick snap coupling complete suitable for compressed air complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for repair to air compressor pipe line made out from MS/GI pipe 6/8 inch dia existing alignment at the height up to 20m in specified location of tech area, ensuring leakproof by replacment of flanged/Thermal gasket of suitable size with change/replace to steel made nut/bolt & washers of existing gauge & size up to 8 No with pressure testing complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge. Note: Required height ladder with safety equipement and necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor and unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusived for such provisions.

M&L for matching allignment of blower shaft/Pully/motor to avoid fluctuation & vibration during rotation in air compressor by checking properly and rectfying the cause of misallignment complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
