M & L for second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick IInd Class Hard wood, plain framed, panelled door shutters, two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. marine grade plywood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710 or 12mm thick particle board veneered with commercial veneering on both faces (as ordered). The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I). M & L for powder coated aluminium grills for window/ventilator solid mesh type not less than 3 Kg per Sqm area of approved pattern, edging with solid 'C' channel and fixing in position complete all as directed and specified.

S & F in repairs 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle, board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing white lamination and alround covered with 6mm thick teak wood beading/lipping fixed with screwed to timber frame complete all as directed.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling and the like including fixing to walls to make PVC frame or as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and rough for receiving wall tiles/dado complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as directed. (Make : For wall putty- Birla white/Bison wall putty of Berger/Narolac wall putty/Asian paint powder putty /Acro wall guard.)

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered and other surfaces of walls, priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for French Polishing on old wooden or wood based surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the old surface with two or more coats complete all as specified and directed.
