M&L for Cleaning of all blockage of any type of trap, water closet, soil waste/ vent pipe, gully traps upto first manhole by removing all chockage and removing the same the spoil of the primer and making good the distrurbed surfaces as per existing where required all per directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of existing 150mm dia sewage line upto 1.00 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi solid /solid sludge etc coming in the next manhole is removed and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effectve functioning all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing 200mm dia but n.exc 300mm dia, SWG / RCC sewage line upto 3.00 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi solid /solid sludge etc coming in the next manhole is removed and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effectve functioning all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing manholes of internal bottom area exc 0.20 Sqm but n exc 0.36 Sqm size upto depth of 1.0 m from top of manholes and removing all semi solid or solid material of any description and cleaning the manholes from inside complete with water etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing manholes of internal botttom area exc 0.36 Sqm but not exc. 1.44 Sqm upto depth exc 1 m but n.exc 2.5 m from top of manholes and removing all semi solid or solid material of any description and cleaning the manholes from inside complete with water etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and de-sludging of existing septic tank/ deep manholes upto 3mtr deep including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or manually or by way of any other suitable means including removal of sludge and other foreign materials out side the MD land by any means complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning & Mechanically pumping out sewage water from sump well where required and as directed with taking precautionary measures including tools and plants as required & removing off the primer complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and 1.50m depth for foundation, etc., for Shaft wells, Manholes etc not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm bore RCC/SGSW set in cement mortar including removing the debries off the premises all as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 200 mm bore RCC/SGSW set in cement mortar including removing the debries off the premises all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 300 mm bore RCC/SGSW set in cement mortar including removing the debries off the premisses all as directed.

M&L for 150mm dia RCC drain pipes class NP2 laid in trenches and jointed with in cement mortar all as specified.

M&L for 200mm dia RCC drain pipes class NP2 laid in trenches and jointed with in cement mortar all as specified.

M&L for 300mm dia RCC drain pipes class NP2 laid in trenches and jointed with in cement mortar all as specified.

M&L cutting to existing manholes for connecting new drain, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benchings for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 150mm all as directed.

M&L cutting to existing manholes for connecting new drain, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benchings for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 200mm all as directed.

Demolition of brick, work PCC block masonry or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in c.m 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on block walling / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without uing extra cement all as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to control efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

Demolition of concrete of any description below or above ground and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains all as specified

M&L for PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and benching of manholes etc., finished smooth including neceessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC M-7.5 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, mass filling of any type all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position below or above ground floors, not exceeding 15 cm in depth and removing the material of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-Cast M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary formwork all as specified and directed. Note :Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC M-7.5 grade (nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as specified.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including consolidation. The thickness of sand cushion should not be less than 25mm for laying paver blocks.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laided bedded and pointed in cement mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 80mm thick coloured machine pressed interlocking rubburised and glossy finish paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade laid all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

S&F Pre Polished Chequered cement concrete tiles glossy and rubburised finish colour 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 under tiles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M& for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 75 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers 15 cm thick spread levelled and rolled including watering

M & L providing precast cement concrete M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of size 45cm x 10cm x 35cm and set in CM 1:4 as specified.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm,with broken stone and boulder, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in path, floor, parking etc including construction joint after every 2 mtr interval and from wall will be filled by mastic all as specified and directed.
