Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. grade M 10

RRC work in walls ( any thikness) including attached pilasters, plinth and string course, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc, including cost of centring, shutring, finishing and excludin reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 course sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

S/F of reinforcement (TMT) for all rcc work including bending , binding, cutting and fixing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Class -150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. (Chepter 6, 6.1)

Class -150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure , above plinth level uoto floor two level, all complete.(Chapter-6, 6.1+6.8A)

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of (1:6) ratio in single coat of fair side of single brick wall (all work Complete) (13.40)

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P rtc. Required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls wiyh exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to given shade over @ 1.25 Lte/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work for two coat.

Mild steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as Gates etc. brought to required form including drilling holes revitting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc and their fixing require for proper completion of the work.

Painting two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel with superior synthetic enamal paint and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, including preparing the surface, including cost of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
