SITC of LED Glow Sign Board with Allied Works

Supply of LED Tube illuminated sign board fabricated by 16'(L)x6'(H)x10" (W) ACP box supported with 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. Angle structure all around with 40mm x40mmx 1.62 mm Al. edg angle for front portion only. The back side of the cover will be fabricated with hinges in such a way so that it can be opened for maintenance purpose (At least 4 nos. 3ft. each opening ).The 3 mm ACP facial should be provided with laser cutting of 6 mm laser cut Acrylic letters out of which 5 mm rising and back portion of the ACP board should be pasted with 2mm thick Clear Acrylic Sheet of same size as ACP facial as per the direction of EIC.The sign board should be illuminated by 18W LED Tube lamps (20 nos.) (Type- MAS LED Tube lamp 18 W 2100 lm) with Tube fittings to be fixed by hooking arrangement with iron stucture fabricated for fixing purpose. Back side of the of the board should be covered with 20 SWG G.I. sheet to protect rain water The sign board should be made as per the approved inscription by authority and as per direction of EIC.

Size of Sign Board (16'x 6')'- 1 no.

The above Sign board will be fixed on the roof top of the building after fabricating the iron structure with the following materials -

M.S. structural work in column beam etc. with simple rolled structural members(e.g. joist, angle chanel,section)

i) For stuctural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 kg per meter.( Page 99, item 1( I ) of PWD schedule)

a) Supplying M.S. angle (50 x 50 x 6 mm) (15 mtr.) 4.5 kg/mtr.

b) Supply of MS base plate (8mmx305mmx508mm) with 4 nos. holes

Fabrication charge of the iron structure incl. hiring of welding machine.

Shuttering (2.65 sqmtr.) [ P-42, 36(a) of PWD schedule of Building Works ]

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety [ P-10, 2(b) of PWD schedule of Building Works ]

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar With 1:6 cement mortar with 15 mm thick plaster [ P-189, 1(i)(c) of PWD schedule of Building Works ]

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc as per G.S. [ P-192, 15 of PWD schedule of Building Works ]

Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint .

One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer

2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar incl. following GI (Hot Dip) wire on wall/floor as per GS.

Supply & Delivery of the following sizes 1.1 kv grade XLPE/PVC armoured Al cable (Make: Havells/Kei/Polycab/equivalent)

2 core x 6 sqmm.

Laying of cable of following cables on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment,as per GS.

2 core x 6 sqmm. with 1 no. 10 SWG GI wire

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below

2 core x 6 sqmm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables as per GS incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make) etc.

2 core x 6 sqmm.

Supplying & Fixing 200x150x100 mm GI waterproof type looping cable box on wall by fust nuts, washers etc. as per direction of E.I.C., having 4 mm thick comprising of one no. 250 V. 16 A. kit-kat fuse unit and 1 no. 32 A. 4 pole connector on good quality insulator with necy. Connection & painting by anticorrosive paint as per direction of E.I.C..

S&laying 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core 3x 1.5 sq.mm. copper wire as Loop wire. (from loop box to Glow sign board)

S&F of 13 mm dia 3 mm thick heavy gauge polythene pipe on wall by using Al. shaddles as per direction of E.I.C..

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes, Duties & CESS etc including GST) (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS / IEC specifications. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's warranty certificate will have to be submitted during delivery of the material.
