Only OEM firms or their authorized dealer having tender specific authorization from OEM is eligible to participate. In case firm is participating as an OEM self OEM certificate to be submitted along with offer.
Supply to be as per tender Description and specifications mentioned in Annexure 'A' attached with the tender document.
The tenderer or its OEM must have supplied the same/similar (3 seater Chair) items to Northeast frontier Railway or any zonal railways, AAI, Central and state govt. projects and documentary evidence must be furnished along with their offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders. The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts as mentioned above for supply of the same/similar items (3 seater chair) for aggregate value of Purchase orders amounting to at least 35% of estimated tender value during last 3 years prior to, and excluding tender opening date (supported by CRNS, CRACS, R/NOTES etc.) may be considered for placement of bulk and regular order.
OEM or their Authorized dealer must have following certificates : ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015(All ISO certificate should be from NABCB authorized agency), ZED Gold certificate (for MSME units), BIFMA Membership OR BIFMA level 2 & 3 confirms to ANSI/BIFMA e3-2014e furniture sustainability standards or equivalent and all other certification mentioned in technical specification attached at Annexure A

The offers shall be evaluated based on the GST rate as quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter se ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate and HSN number. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder.
All taxes, freight, packing, forwarding & other charges should be quoted in numeric only @ financial tabulation.
