Upgradation of electric substation by fencing of transformer, LT fuse sets, HT fuse sets and other allied works and providing and fitting of automatic star delta starters for pumping unit II along with control valves at LIS Kothey kalyana new.

Up gradation of 250 kva sub station at lift irrigation station Kothey kalyana new , by way of Lifting of transformer from its installed position and shifting it at safe place. Clearing of area around the transformer from bushes and debris. Leveling of area around the transformer and compacting the earth with laying of layer of stones. Laying of concrete mixture in ratio of 1:3:6 on 10 ft x 12 ft area around the transformer as per site conditions. Fabrication of block for transformer of size 5 ft x 3 ft upto the height of 1.5 ft above the ground level. Fabrication of steel mesh out of 10 mm TMT bars members placed vertically and horizontally at an equidistance of 6 inches. Placing of fabricated iron mesh between the poles and levelling / aligning. Filling of block with concrete mixture in ratio of 1:3:6. Properly curing of concrete structure for 5 days. Providing and fitting of knife edge link sets of 50/5 size on the HT side over the poles, the job includes providing and fitting of MS angle with clamps as per size of poles for fitting of link sets. The clamps should be fastened with nuts and bolts of required size. Fabrication of new open fuse assembly by means of fabrication of frame for housing new open fuse assembly using MS angle of 45 x 45 x 5 mm. Fabrication and welding the angle for making the frame and then applying one coat of primer for anti-rust and two coats of black paint and then fixing the frame in the earth by means of earth excavation and then filling the earth with cement concrete mix in 1:3:6 ratio. Job also includes providing and installation of new open fuse assembly by means of fixing of L-shaped aluminum bars in frames using ceramic insulators for installation of Al. wire fuse on the input side of the electrical supply on open fuse assembly and then connecting the cable to the one end of the open fuse assembly by way of providing and fixing of Al. thimbles using crimping tool and then making connections using nuts and bolts of appropriate size. Fencing around the electric substation of size 10 ft x 12 ft by way of fabrication of angle iron frames with 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron and providing, welding and fixing of chain link/ wire mesh fence with gap of 2.5 inch between the frames.These fabricated frames should be fitted and grouted in base. The height of frame should be 5 ft. Fabrication and fixing of entry gate for inspection of transformer with angle iron frame of 45 x 45 x 5 mm MS angle. The door should be of 2 ft width with 5 ft height. Job includes painting of angle iron frame with red oxide primer and black paint. The side of fencing must be removable for lifting of transformer. Placing of transformer back to installed position, providing and fitting of 400 sq mm single core aluminum cables from LT side of transformer to LT fuse sets. Total length of cables required is 20 meters. The cable is to be divided in 4 parts and each part should be thimbles properly at each end. Connecting of cables to the LT bush rods of the transformer and LT fuse sets. Providing and fitting of 400 mm sq. 3.5 core aluminum cable from LT fuse sets to voltage stabilizer inside the pump room. The total length of cable required is 16 meters. Thimbling of both ends of cable and connecting to LT fuse sets and voltage stabilizer inside pump room. The cables are to be connected using hexagonal nuts and bolts of required size. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate including rebate on old parts as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of dry type automatic star delta starter of 75 HP ( L&T/ Havells/ Siemens) at Lift irrigation station Kothey Kalyana New for pumping unit no II, the starter should consists of sheet metal enclosure inclusive of single phase preventer, 3 no’s contactors of 110 ampere rating along with auxiliary contacts conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, over load relay, timer, one number volt meter, one number ampere meter , on / off switch, phase indicators etc. The job includes fitting of starter on wall by way of drilling holes, fitting of fasteners. Providing and fitting of 25 sq mm copper cable from motor to starter-20 meters, dividing of cable in 6 equal parts and thimbling the copper cables with 25 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool and cover the flexible copper cable with heavy duty PVC sleeve. Making connections from starter to motor. Providing and fitting of 35 sq mm of copper cable from panel to starter – 15 meters, dividing of cable in 3 equal parts and properly thimbling the flexible copper cable with 35 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool. Cover the flexible copper cable with PVC sleeve. Making connections from panel to starter. Providing and fitting of 250 mm diameter sluice valve and non-return valve after replacing existing sluice valve and non-return valve by way of cutting rusted nut, bolts with gas cutter. Providing and fitting of flanged ends cast iron sluice valve of reputed make with PN 1.6 and flange drilling as per IS:1538 and providing, fitting of flanged ends cast iron non return valve of reputed make with stainless steel hinge pin and flange drilling as per IS: 1538 on delivery side of the pumping unit II with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline. Electrification of Lift irrigation station Kothey kalyana new with providing and fitting of 2 number 50 watt LED lights of reputed make . The job includes providing of required length of 1 sq mm flexible copper cable ( ISI mark) of reputed make. The wire should be properly covered and fixed properly with clamps. Providing of separate on/off switches for lights. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled/ semi skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load.
