Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in using excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old CI / GI / DI Pipe from trenches of 200mm dia including fittings and branch connections if any, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old CI / GI / DI Pipe from trenches of 150mm dia including fittings and branch connections if any, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old CI / GI / DI Pipe from trenches of 100mm dia including fittings and branch connections if any, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches Ductile Iron spigot and socket pipes as per IS:8329/2000 Class K9 including EPDM rubber gasket suitable for and including push on rubber gasket joint with inside cement mortar lining and outside Zinc bitumen coating of size 100mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches Ductile Iron spigot and socket pipes as per IS:8329/2000 Class K9 including EPDM rubber gasket suitable for and including push on rubber gasket joint with inside cement mortar lining and outside Zinc bitumen coating of size 150mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable earthing of any type and description ,Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth lead of 20mm x 3 mm copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe 40mm dia, light grade, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm CTD bar 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair and replacement of Copper strip of size 20mm x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screw etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs GI wire 4.0mm dia as a earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for inter connecting of earth electrodes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs aluminium strip of size 25mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair and replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mmx 75mm x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia , 25mm long hex head screw and hologen free weather proof IP65 enclosure of size not less than ( 119x139x70) with one / two brakets nad screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair and replacement of air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on copper strip all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair and replacement of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on aluminium strip all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair and replacement of GI tubing 40mm bore 'Medium grade' for protection of earth continuty conductor fixed on wall/laid under roads crossing etc including making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing earth chamber with cover carefully , cleaning the surface of the earth pit inside and outside ,including providing charcoal and salt mixed with water pouring into earth pits as required at site , removing the old rusted nuts , bolts with new nuts and bolts, testing of earth value with necessary earth testing equipment and writing the earth value on top of the cover with white colour synthetic enamel on black colour back ground and refixing the earth chamber in position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth testing equipment shall be brought by the contractor for testing of earth valve.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 solid block masonry chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm CTD bar 100mm centre to centre on bothways, internal plaster with CM 1:4 15mm thick with suitable mild steel handle including necessary earth work excavation and taking out existing earth chamber all as specified and directed.
