Supply and laying of stone soling (hand packed ) in trenches of foundation incl. all leads,lifts, carriages etc complete job.

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade Incl. leads lifts and all carriages etc complete.

a) 1:4:8 mix ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

b) 1:2:4 mix ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 graded stone crushed aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering incl. strutting, propping etc and removal of forms : A) Footings, Bases of Columns etc

Providing and laying 20mm thick cement concrete Pre-cast interlocking machine made tilesof M -20 grade with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed stone dust of coarse sand/ sand dust, filling the joints with sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work welded in built up section, incl. cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming of approved brand of steel primer complete with all carriages upto site of work incl. all leads and lifts.

P/F G.I. chain link fencing of required width in mesh size50x50 mm incl. strengthening with nuts bolts and washers as required as per directions of engineer in charge (made of G.I wire of 4 mm) incl carriage by mechanical transport upto site of work.

Dismentling of existing kerb stone rough chiseled (12" x10" ) size including stacking of the same as per directions by Engineer Incharge at site

labour charges for Refixing of dismantled/ availale Devri Kerb stone in 1:4 Cement sand mortar including re-chisilling of same as directed with all lead. Complete job.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats including coat of steel primer.

P/F of 12mm ply board of approved quality in ceiling over 50mmx38mm section Budloo wooden frame work incl. cost of nails & scaffolding charges complete.

Providing and fixing of looking mirror glass fixed with relevant adhesives, board to be fixed on walls by way of drilling holes in walls using rawal plugs and steel screws incl. all carriages complete

De-silting of existing drain 483 Rft length, 1 feet width and 2' depth including disposal of rubbish beyond the site or as directed.

Providing and laying wet mix macadam on prepared sub grade/sub base with crushed quarry stone aggregate of specified grading as per IRC/MOST specification including mixing crushed material with predetermined quantity of water in accordance with specification to form dense mass which is spread and rolled with vibratory roller 80/100KN capacity speed of which should not exceed 5KM/Hour for each layer, rolling should continue till 98% density is achieved to approved grade and X-section the mixing is to be prepared in approved mech, mixing plant of suitable capacity including laying of cold emulsion with pressure sprayer at the rate 0.75 kgs/sqm complete, including cost of all materials, all leads lifts octroi charge taxes etc.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/ 100Including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc. and finally booming the surface as per specifications.On W.M.M.@ 0.75 Kg/sqm

Providing and laying 50mm thick premix bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in MORTH and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @3% by weight of total mix @ 60kg/cum including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix ,plant transportation and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade incl. rolling with road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve the require compaction and density (including cost & carriage of tar & allied materials involved complete.)

Providing and laying 25mm thick Semidence bituminous concrete using material aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specification with 5% binder content (by weight of total mix) bitumen of grade 80/100 @2.88Kgs/sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve the require compaction and density (including cost & carriage of tar & allied materials involved complete.)
