Supply and fixing in replacement of cable gland for LT panel for 300 sqmm cable to 400 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding of installation/LT Panel/Four Pole structure/Sub Stations and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 3.15mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh , made up into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flate iron /angle by welding in position complete all as specified directed .

M & L for two coats of Aluminium paint on steel surfaces/wire over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concret etc complete all as specified and directed including demolition of old unserviceable PCC.

S&F in replacement Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plane exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed including demolition of old unserviceable brick work.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed including preparation of surface.

Demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) .complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the LT air circuit breakers of various capacities from 800 amps to 1250 amps for repairs, servicing comprising the following and refixing the same, re-orientation and labour for taking down the defective parts and refixing the same spare parts all as specified and directed (a) Checking/repair of mechanical system of ACB. (b) Checking/repair of the manual closing/tripping of breaker.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors of size 120 sqmm 3 core. , 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft and loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying and taking out of electric power cable and getting out all as specified and directed by engineer –in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point .

Material & labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling under and above the under ground cable for cushioning of cables etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr –in-charge, Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Supplying and laying in replacement un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. .

Laying only old HT cable cover obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F Laying in replacement sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/sqm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 44 here in before but using old bricks obtain under item No 38.

Material and Labour only for repairing and rectification of faults in 16 / 32 mtr High mast lights by checking the control panel Trailing Cables, timers. contactors and replacing the defective electrical parts, Servicing and greasing to the winch gear wheel mechanisum for electrical and manual operation of the carrier along with replacement of dog clamps of the wire rope and replacment of the existing old unserviceable light fittings with controll gears with new LED light fitiings complete and fixing of the control panel for desired operation all as specified anddirected by the Eng-in-Charge Note :(I) Necessary Digital timers /Power contactors and LED light Fittings shall be measured under Relevant Items. (II) Necessary arrangements for Safety and T&P repairs shall be under taken by contractor

Supply in replacement of of LED Flood light fitting 250 Watt complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of deteriorated twin core PVC aluminum PVC sheathed and insulated twin core 4 sq mm stranded aluminum conductor wire from light fitting to loop-in loop out box by taking down the perished burnt wiring.

Supply and fix in repalcement closing coil of ACB from 800 to 1250 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repalcement trilping coil of ACB from 800 to 1250 Amps complete all as specified and as directed
