Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen) 10 kg per ten sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc from old black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen VG-30) 5.0 kg per ten sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidation thickness with 5.5% binder content (bitumen of grade VG-30 paving bitumen) rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber and rolled with 8 to 10 power roller including preparation of bituminous carpet in hot mix plant and laying with self propelled mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Retro-Reflective Thermoplastic Road Marking paint confirming to MORTH 803.4.2.1 3 section Colour WHITE / YELLOW all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
