Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water whenever necessary et complete complying with standard specification

Filling with M.sand complying the standard specfication including all cost and conveyance and labour charges.

Supplying and erecting centering with sides and soffits including all cost and conveyance.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:3: 6 mix using 20mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying standard  specification.

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4”x23/4" in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1 : 3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Granolithic floor finish with C.M. 1: 2: 4 mix to 25mm thick using 10 to 12 10 mm chips including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc,. complete as per standard specification.
