Supply of LED Tube illuminated sign board fabricated by 40'(L)x3'(H)x10"(W) ACP box supported with 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S. Angle structure all around with 40mm x40mmx 1.62 mm Al. edge angle for front portion only.The back side of the cover will be fabricated with hinges and arrangement in such a way so that it can be opened for maintenance purpose, including mechanical locking arrangement .The 3 mm ACP facial (Blue colour) should be provided with laser cutting of 5 mm laser cut Acrylic letters out of which 4 mm rising and back portion of the ACP board should be pasted with 2mm thick Clear Acrylic Sheet of same size as ACP facial as per the direction of EIC.The sign board should be illuminated by 18W LED Tube lamps (42 nos.) (Type- MAS LED Tube lamp 18 W 2100 lm) with Tube fittings (Phillips make) to be fixed by hooking arrangement with iron stucture fabricated for fixing purpose. Distribution wiring for power supply to LED fittings to be done by PVC rigid conduit, necessary clamps, cable tie etc. Back side of the of the board should be covered with 20 SWG G.I. sheet to protect rain water. The matter to be displayed will be finalised by authority and to be given later.This fabricated display structure is to be fixed on the top of prefabricated iron structure as per direction of EIC.

Fabrication charge of the esixting iron structure incl. hiring of welding machine incl. painting making connection as required for making M.S. structural work in column beam etc. with simple rolled structural members(e.g. joist, angle chanel,section). This plate is to be welded with the precutting roof with fastner and loading unloading from work shop to site for installation of LED Glow Sign Board as per direction of EIC.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. [ 1(a)/ F- 2 ]

Laying of cable upto 2 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting [ 2(a)/ F- 1 ]

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings as per GS.

.Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl.supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

S/F Stainless Steel water proof looping cable box of size 200x150x100mm having hinged top Cover with rubber gasket lining, railway type mechanical locking anangement, earthing terminal with lug etc. of the following sizes as indicated below, Comprising of one 250 V, 15 A Kit-Kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator etc. and housing the same on pole above 5ft from ground level by necessary pole clamp .( Sign board and Out door light [NS]

:Supplying and fixing 240V DP with fuse on L&N Sheet steel Main Switches on flat iron frame on wall ( Make - L&T / Siemens /Havells)(D-1/1(a))

Supply & Fixing of 240V 70 W LED Street light luminarie (Crompton Geaves-Cat no. CRP-409-70-57-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent make of Philips/Bajaj//wipro) on ST Pole as per direction of E.I.C

Supply & Fixing of 240V 20 W LED Landscape Lighting luminarie ( make Crompton Cat no. APOR020C or equivalent make of Magik) as per direction of E.I.C

S & F mini pole on roof top by 50 mm dia., 2.5 Mtr. Long GI(M) pipe medium quality (Bansal/Jindal make) incl. making cc (6:2:1) muffing 600x600x750 mm in size with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster incl. S & F 8”x6”x4” C.I. looping cable box incl. This is incl. painting as per GS.
