Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of lime white wash with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti and mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after that applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Complete removal /scraping to old existing treatment as directed by Engineer-in-charge, each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying CBP as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge in site order book.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti and mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down and preparing the surfaces smooth and after that applying average 3mm thick layer (1.5mm thick each in two layer application) of white cement based putty (wall care putty, make Birla JK or equvilent as approved by Engineer-in-charge), after applying putty first and second coat sanding the surface as per requirement by using mechanical sander machine to make the surface even and smooth upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and after prepare the surface smooth applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable) as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying OBD as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, after preparing the surfaces applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (wheather coat Apex, 100% exterier grade), as per existing or as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of old painted (plastered/unplastered/concrete) surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean as required, upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint, interior emulsion (finishing smooth and glossy upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge) as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted (plastered/unplastered/concrete) surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean as required, upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge after preparing the surfaces applying one coats of synthetic enamel as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old polished wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one or more coats of french polishing to achieve glossing finish upto entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge including a coat of wood filler complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-The rates for clear finishes include such preparation, cleaning, stopping and rubbing down after each coat, stopping as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including old rusted plaster taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:4) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including old rusted plaster taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 5mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement including old rusted plaster taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, preparing the surfaces smooth and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of lime white wash with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other means, preparing the surfaces smooth by applying one coat of chalk whitening as priming coat and after that applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable) as per approved tint/colour with using electric paint roller or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling by sand papering or by any other means, preparing the surfaces smooth and after that applying two coats of lime white wash with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
