CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROAD FROM SHILA ROY HOUSE TO NIRMAL HOUSE AT RUPSINGH NORTH SANSAD UNDER LBGP

Surface dressing of ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation, inequlities not exceeding 15cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75m as directed.

Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one meter wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H(5th Revision). (iv) For Construction of Sub Base by compacting river bed materials. [Add cost at site of 1.28 m³ of materials to arrive at the complete rate.]

Nominal mix M-20 cement concrete with graded stonechips (20mm size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any in ground floor (1:2:4)

Hire and labour charges for shuttering without centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs and striking out after completion of works.

Providing fixing Display Board made of G.I. sheet (28" x 34") with 40 mm sq. pipe frame with two legged 4'-6" height including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and Cost of Material Testing.
