Upgradation/Maintenance of Roads :

Supply & Stacking of 45-63 mm gauge approved stone ballast (10cm loose) for patches & inter coat duly stacked on road side true to template including dressing surface where materials is to be staked including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauge approved stone ballast (10cm loose) for patches & top coat duly stacked on road side true to template including dressing surface where materials is to be staked including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Stacking of crushed stone dust for consolidation of stone ballast as screening material including octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of 45-63 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick inter coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick top coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Water allowance to be allowed between 15 November to 31st May including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing on new surface with paving bitumen of grade VG-10 of approved quality using 2.25Kg of bitumen per sqm with 1.65cum of stone chippings 13.2mm nominal size per 100 sqm of road surface, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 8 tonne capacity also including (0.60kg/sqm) cost of tack coat etc. including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous [email protected]% transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction including cost of tack coat 0.60kg/sqm as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH including cost of tack 0.20kg/sqm including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick edging on both side of the road of first class (M-150) brick on the edge with murder mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of R.C.C. Culverts :

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5meter and lead upto 30m. including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth including cost of all Materials & T &P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge .

Same as above item but for one addtitional lead & lift.

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in poroportion 8:4:1 (8 graded stone aggregate: 4 coarse sand : 1cement : ) including cost of all Materials & T &P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge .

M-150 Brick work in 1:3 one cement : 3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including cost of all Materials & T &P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge .

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M.S. (tor Steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. work including beding for proper shape including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

4cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand & 2cm approved stone grit including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Concrete with 2cm gauge stone grit , coarse and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flush pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make on new work with three coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
