Desisigning Development providing and fixing of Acrylic Sandwich way signages in different building. The various different sized signages like building directory,facilties, room nos. etc. are made out of A grade Acast or equivalent brands 5mm thick transparent acrylic sheet at back and 3mm thick on front side. The eco-print on 3M IJ 15-10 monomeric calandared Vinyl film sheet of approved colour pattern and shade is sandwich between two acrylic sheets with required number and size of stainless steel studs and fittings, The outer edges are tapered and finished smooth. The developer has to design the signages for different buildings as per requirement of the client and got the design and sample approved from competent authority before going in to actual execution at site. Basic dataa for clients requirement would be provided by the department.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fiber (wood powder/rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sung S.S. screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S. screws shall be paid separately) 30 mm thick

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/clerestory windows & desertory other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screq withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S. hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (MS hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shal be made. Frame size 65 x 100 mm

MGPS WORK

SITC of MGPS pipe of medically grade as per BSEN-13348 with third party certification from Lloyds/TUV degreased (ie free from oil, grease and particulate matters) seamless copper pipe confirming to ASTM B88 and all copper joining done by brazing with AWSA5.8, classification BCuP-5 or BS 1845 following procedure in accordance with ASTM B828 after purging with nitrogen. All pipe cutting shall be carried out with a radial pipe cutter and copper pipe fitting's shall comply with B4 alloy designation. Adequate support shall be provided while laying pipeline testing shall be done at 17 bar and after testing pipe shall be painted with two coat of enamel paint as per colour codification as per ISO 7396-Part-I 2016. Third party Test report shall be submitted.

SITC of non lubricated ball type Nickel Coated Isolation Valve with adapter & PTFE Seat having quarter turn / Butterfly handle opening of following sizes suitable for flow capacity of required LPM as per the size of valve at 4.7 bar with maximum allowable pressure of 30 bar and suitable for working temperature ranging - 20°C to 130°C. SITC of Gas outlet points Oxy, N2O, (AR-4), (AR-7) and Vaccum (8.7 psig) for dispensing medical gases (oxygen/air/Vaccum) at point of use confirming to BSEN ISO 9170-1:2008. The gas outlet are quick connect type It should have color coding for different gas source and should accept only respective adapters as required. Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified / CE Marked.

SITC of BPC (back pressure compensated) flow meter with humidifer made of nickel plated body , double jacketed with flow gradations CE Marked on it . Desired flow will be setteled through rotary knob . Flow range should be between 0 to 15 lpm & work should be executed as per direction of engineer in charge .Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified / CE Marked.

SITC of Ward suction unit (Suction Controller and Collection Jar - 600 ml capacity) with posibility to configure required capacity collection Jar and should meets the requirements as per BSEN ISO 10079-3:2009. The unit must designed to operate with the vaccum line of MGPS. The collection Jar must accumpained with Vaccum regulator suitable for 0-14.7 psig with flow rate 0-55 Lmp (min) for operating temperature - 18°C to 50°C with ON/OFF facility. The collection Jar should be transparent, made of high quality polycarbonate that can be autoclaved at 121°C for 20 minutes for reuse and provided with auto stop to avoid over spill and contamination of the suction source when the jar collection reached optimized level. The complete unit supplied with filter to protect the source and pipe line from bacterial contamination. Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified / CE Marked.

SITC of Valve box made of CRCA sheet duly powder coated with transparent window which is installed in the MGPS for oxygen and vaccum line and should comply with BSEN ISO5211:2001 complete with ball type valves and gauges as required for oxygen compressed air and vaccum line. Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified / CE Marked.

b) Three Gas Service

SITC of microprocessor based auto alarm system (digital type) suitable for medical gas service provided with audible and visual alarm for MGPS Zoning. It should monitors the current status of oxygen /compressed air pressure in distribution pipeline of central medical supply system and trigger the alarm to alert. The system should comply BSEN ISO:7396-1:2007 Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified / CE Marked.

Three Gas Service

SITC of Bed Head Panel of 900 -1500 MM long made out from high strength extruded aluminium with powder coating with at least 4 nos 6/16 Amp switch socket and provision for required number of gas outlet points as suggested by the client. Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified / CE Marked.

P&F of Bed Panel accessories like Monitor Tray, Utility Basket, Vacuum Slider, Infusion Pump Pole with IV hooks, with proper nut bolts and screw and with proper finishing. SITC of Automatic Gas Control Panel / Changeover Panel for oxygen/Nitrous Oxide - Control Panel cover made for M.S. duly powder coated. Compact and fully automatic manifold control system for Oxygen services. Easy to maintain and use. Designed with both safety and continuity of flow supply at a constant pressure via two banks of bottled gas cylinders with following status monitoring. A -Bank in use (Green Indication) B - Empty bank (Red Indication). Control Panel should have built in LED display to indicate Normal, High & Low line pressure. It should have facility to test all above indicators working perfectly. The control Panel should include pressure gauge to indicate the gas pressure of each header and pipe line distribution pressure. Capable to provide a distribution flow rate in excess of 1200 LPM. The control panel should incorporate manual bypass system in case of failure of shifting mechanism. SITC of Oxygen/ Nitrous Oxide Manifold System (8+8) with tail pipes NRV -manifold system comprise of bank of 8+8 cylinders (Bulk cylinder of D type) capacity manifold high pressure copper pipe of size 1/2"ID x14 swg (approx. 2.0320 mm) & high pressure fitting made of high tensile strength brass be used to connect the cylinders to the header assemblies with 16 no's non return valves & 16 no's high pressure flexible tail pipe is made of copper pipe of 1/3"x16 swg (approx. 1.6256 mm) the manifold is hydraulically tested at 225kg/cm2 pressure it is also degreased and is to be offered duly wrapped in a polythene bag. Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified / CE Marked.

SITC of Emergency Oxygen/ Nitrous Oxide Manifold System (2+2) with tail pipes NRV and One DGSS Regulator of minimum 600 LPM capacity - manifold system comprise of bank of 2+2 cylinders (Bulk cylinder of D type) capacity manifold high pressure copper pipe of size 1/2”ID x14 swg (approx. 2.0320 mm) & high pressure fitting made of high tensile strength brass be used to connect the cylinders to the header assemblies with 4 no’s non return valves & 4 no’s high pressure flexible tail pipe is made of copper pipe of 1/3”x16 swg (approx. 1.6256 mm) the manifold is hydraulically tested at 225kg/cm2 pressure it is also degreased and is to be offered duly wrapped in a polythene bag make CE Approved/CE certified Note : Providing of Cylinders is in the scope of Hospital / End Client.. Supplying ,installation , Testing and commissioning of the Passenger cum Stretcher Elevator , Machine Room Less having following main features:

(a)MOTOR : Gearless lift drive comprising of high starting torque lift duty, 3 phase 440 Volts A.C. permanent magnetic synchronous motor of proper rating with high efficiency shall be used.

( c ) Traction Media: main hoist flat coated steel belt / rope . Thimbles of spring permit adjustment of uniform tension for smooth operation of the elevator Pulse belt monitoring system to avoid the cut in the belt.

(d) Car : car should be with M S platform with bracings of adquate size and to sustain the impact load cabin plus passengers with safety factor of fire for steel with Granite flooring and side panels should be of Stainless steel with Honeycomb/Moonrock Finish of sheet of grade 304 duty with S.S. handrails . Car ceiling shall be steel finish with aesthetic appearances with LED ceiling lights .The size of the car shall be taken as per available lift well size and relevant BIS code of lifts . Car panel will also be of SS 304 grade finished with emergency stop device , emergency alarm,mechanical door safety device ,full length infra-red curtain in car door , facility of auto/attended mode. All car panel buttons and all floor switches must be with brail language as per lift act. The inspection unit shall be provided at the top of the car.

(e)tanding Doors : All landing door shall be fully automatic centre opening / telescopic made of Honeycomb/Moonrock finish stainless steel grade 304 with key holes and infrared curtains with unlocking facility from outside.

(f) Emergency light: Appropriate rechargeable battery operated LED emergency light in the car and along with alarm switch shall be provided.

(g) ARD: Automatic rescue Device (ARD) shall be provided according to passenger capacity with SMF batteries of approved brands as per BSR.

(h) Audio-Visual lndication : Audio visual indication in the lift car , showing over loading such that doors kept open till excess load is removed.

(i) Scrolling lndicators: Digital scrolling indicator system for up-down arrow with floor position indicator shall be provided inside the car and at all stops/floors.

(j) Buffers: Spring buffers/pU Buffers shall be provided.

(k) Car Fan : ENERGY EFFICIENT Car fanlblower with automatic sleep timer shall be provided.

(l) Voice Annunciator: Voice annunciator with suitable music shall be provided in lift car.

(m) Self diagnostics system for operational and safety parameters shall be provided in control panel

(n) Mechanical/Electronic over speed governor, door key holes in the floor doors, fireman switch shall be provided

(o) Lift machine hoisting arrangement in the lift Well, counter balance to promote smooth and economic operation complete with steel guide rails for the car & counter weight ,Trap Door , Lifting hooks as required and monkey ladders for lift pit should be provided by the agency along with all other steel structure works, foundations for the machine etc as required.

p) power supply of 3 ph ase 440 V shall be made available by department from existing electrical panel

(qlAll civil work related to installation of lift like Cheasling of wall , finishing, cleaning and levelling of lift pit white wash of lift well shall be done by the lift erecting agency without any extra cost.

( s) Agency has to provide all working drawings and documents to comply latest BIS specifications and make proper liasion services for obtaining all necessary permissions.
