Technician Charges for fitting-fixing of geared operated motors (dept.) at the basement support of the lighting towers including all electrical connection complete as per direction of EIC ( 2 nos motors in each 10 units and 3 nos motors each of 2 units)

Carrying and positioning of Telescopic tilting type lighting tower including control panel, cable, luminaries etc. to site i.e. different zone at Mela ground by hiring of car and all other necessary arrangement as per requirement including and unloading complete

Fitting fixing of the luminaries (8 Nos.) on the lighting tower and laying of the 10 Sq. mm. PVC insulated Aluminium Armoured cable with all interconnection complete with testing of the same as per direction of the EIC. [cable will be supplied by the department]

Carrying back the Telescopic tilting type lighting tower including control panel, cable, luminaries etc. to PHE store after dismantling the luminaries, accessories, cable etc. at Sagar by hiring of car and all other necessary arrangement after completion of Mela including and unloading complete

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation round the clock as per direction of the EIC [10 days]

Technician Charges for dismentling of geared operated motors (dept.) at the basement support of the lighting towers including all electrical disconnection complete and returned to site store as per direction of EIC ( 2 nos motors in each 10 units and 3 nos motors each of 2 units)

Carrying the 15 nos defective submersible pump motor set from Ganga Sagar store to Kolkata work shop by hired vehicle including loading unloading and rivercrossing complete as per direction.

Dismantling the submersible pump motor set parts by parts for repairing purpose as directed.

Supply the following spares for pump:-

a) Neck Ring

b) Shaft sleeve bush

c) G.M coupling Bush

Supply the following spares for motor:-

a) Rotor Bush

b) Oil Seal

c) Thrust bearing with SS thrust plate

Repairing the pump set by the above supplied materials & replacing the fast moving spares . E.g Impeller, diffuser ring, coupling, bush whichever in necessary to complete the job as directed.

Rewinding of the 7.5 HP motor with suitable size copper wire and all other necessary materials to complete the work as per direction.

Rewinding of the 5 HP motor with suitable size copper wire and all other necessary materials to complete the work as per direction.

Rewinding of the 10 HP motor with suitable size copper wire and all other necessary materials to complete the work as per direction.

Reassembling the pump set parts by parts which has been incorporated in item no. 4-11 as directed.

Carrying back the repaired 15 nos submersible pump motor set from Kolkata work shop to Ganga Sagar store by hired vehicle including loading unloading and rivercrossing complete as per direction.

Supply on hire basis of 9 mtr. Long MS pole and erection and fitting fixing the same at different places as per direction of EIC for the period from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026

Providing on hire basis including supplying, laying of 4 sq.mm 1.1 kv single core PVC instated and sheathed stranded aluminium cable. and transportation charges for the following cables including dismantling the same after completion of the mela

Drawing of 150 watt LED street light fixture in different place of road,on hire basis from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026 (11 days x 80 fittings per day)

Providing on hire basis and laying of 1100 V grade 3 ½ core 25 sq. mm. PVC Al. Ar. Cable and dismantling the same after mela.

Supply on hire basis Installation of power distrubution panel boards for power draw & supply from WBSEDCL in different substation ( 2 No Substation) including electrical inter connectionfrom departmental panel bioard to WBSEDCL panel board for LT distribution line before 05.01.2026 including proper earthing arrangement complete as per direction of EIC.

Making Earthing arrangement on hire basis supply 5/8'' dia earth spike of 2 mtr. Long with galvanized bolts nuts sand washer etc. including supply and fixing 8 SWG GI wire and restoration of the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection earth spike to continuous running earth on the top of PCC pole.

Cutting the all road side trees and trimming for proper illumination of road (aprox 2km).

Constraction of 12ft x 14ft hogla shed by supplying bamboo, polythine sheet, hogla, nall etc as per direction of EIC only for personnel (not for DG set) only for gurding personals.

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation for the entire period.from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026 [ 1 person /shift x 3 shifts x 11 days] [ Rate will be as per Labour commission ,WB ; minimum wages ]

Transportation charges of 100Ltr Frp based propellor incorporated chlorination system from Ganga Sagar PHE Bunglow site store to work site including loading-unloading at both ends including transportation charge all complete

Installation of the above supplied arrangement & synchronising with the existing chlorination system all complete as per direction of EIC

Dismantling the arrangment & returned back to Ganga Sagar PHE Bunglow site store including loading-unloading at both ends including transportation charge all complete
