Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix with using 20 mm graded stone agg as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts.

M & L for RCC M30 Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain/manhole covers including necessary form work, set in position in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars (Fe500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars (Fe500D) 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars (Fe500D) 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia bras, cut to length, bent to shape, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, stirrups, binders etc, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of rough finished flat surfaces of concrete pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions fair finished surfaces of concrete in square, rectangular etc all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of rough finished surface of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of rough finish surfaces of concrete floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, rtc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:4), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No 14 here-in-above but except bricks.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M & L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. ornamental and intricate design with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (including as in patches also) all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on wall.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed incl watering hand roller 0.20 to 0.50 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge exc 63mm but n.exc 75 mm deposited, spread & leveled in lyers n.exc 15 cm thick watered & rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregateas laid in panels complete all as specified.

M&L for heavy duty pre-polished pavement tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm thick as in footpath over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6, set & jointed includung filling joint with white/coloured cement to match complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 25mm thick Sand filling under precast concrete inter locking paver floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 in kerbs or mud stop, rounded or champered on edges as in coping including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type.

S&F PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 2.00 mm dia GI wire and outer dia 3 mm mesh size 75 x 75 mm (including thickness of PVC coating) approved quality all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out emebedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Excavating in post holes not exc. 0.5 cum in each and gettingout in soft / loose soild and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and making good the surrface.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concreet all as specified and directed.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-I, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n. exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred topes as directed and fixed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pavings, hardstandings and similar work .
