M&L for collecting unserviceable ceiling fans 1200mm sweep 230 V, AC, single phase from store yard of AGE E/M, opening the ceiling fan and taking out complete burnt winding from fan motor and rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge & size including thoroughly cleaning all the components of fan, oiling varnishing the fan with and including replacement of rusted/unserviceable nuts, bolts, split pin, rubber reel, flexible twin core copper cable of size 23/.00076 approximate one metre long for each fan, machine screws etc, depositing the repaired fan to store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but 1400mm sweep fan of any make & type/model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 450 mm sweep of any make & type / model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out defective capacitor and supply & fixing dry type capacitor of capacity 2.5 MFD suitable for any make and type of fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.9 here-in-before but of capacity 4 MFD complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note For item No.9 & 10:- Capacitor shall be replaced in workshop as well as at site as per requirement.

Taking out the defected ball bearing of ceiling fans/ exhaust fans/ air circulator fans / cabin fans/ table fans/ pedestal fans and supply & fixing new ball bearing suitable for existing housing of No.6201, 6202 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.11.00 (here-in-before) but of No. 6203 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out the worn out Gun Metal Bush and supply and fixing new Gun metal bush of suitable size for any sweep and make of ceilingl fan/ exhaust fan/ pedestal fan / table fan / air circulator / cabin fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing resistance type regulator with five stepping for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep type 230V complete including taking down defective/unserviceable regulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F fan Regulator stepped type electronic suitable watt, flush type 230/240 volt for 1200 / 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan & connecting up complete on body & base of laminated top sheet cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out the worn out / defective blades of ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep and supply & fixing new aluminium blade of same size in set of three alongwith fixing screws and spring washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.16.00 (here-in-before) but ceiling fan of size 1400mm sweep complete acomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out the old defective rod and supply and fixing new down rod 300mm long for any make and of any type of ceiling fan complete having two Nos holes ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 'U' clamp and rubber reel, nut, bolt and spit pin of superior quality for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old worn out / broken canopy set and supply and fixing new canopy set suitable for any make/ size ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm of any make including preparation surface and making smooth the surface of body, blade, down rod etc even and smooth/fair for painting one coat of white synthetic enamel paint with spray gun complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Writing MES Nos on fan with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old broken bottom cover and supply and fixing new bottom cover with screw suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep of ceiling fan as per sample / size / make of fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Provn of machine work for fitting/fixing to bearing / bushes of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any make & size with grinding of shaft or sheets after brazing work with suitable size of metal rods for proper fixing / fitting and avoid to un wanted noise alcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Blade screw suitable for various sizes / make ceiling fan ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing & checking for safety of ceiling fanat Bldgs of various locations, taking down checking of rubber bush, nut, bolt and locking pin of ceiling hook of fan, down rod etc for safety to avoid fall down the ceiling fan and rectify by replacing new spare / componets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (1). Spares reqd to be replaced will be measured separatly. (2). Record of checking/serviceability of ceiling fan reqd to be maintained with user's signature.

Attending complaint of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan at various locations by replacing spare parts/complaints etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :(i) The contractor or his representative will attand the office of the Engineer-in-Charge daily (working day) at 0930 hours to collect the complaint slip and will provide two mechnics for repair the fans and cost of the same is included in the quoted rate.The complaint will be completed/done within 24 hours from the time of issue of complaint slip, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 50/- per complaint per daywill be recovered from contractor due's and contractor will not have any claim on this account complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Spare parts required against rectification/repair will be measured and paid for saperately)

S&F fan hook size of 15 mm dia MS bars, fixed to RCC roof for hanging of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L point wiring for one light point / bell point /ceiling fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FR-LSH in and including concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia, medium duty, ISI marked including new, steel terminal sunken boxes suitable of modular switch/socket flush to surface for one light point, fan point , controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete including cutting, chasing the surface and then making good the same in CM (1:3) and finishing the surface to match with existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A' ).

S& F semi modular type switch piano flush type, 6 Amp 240 Volt, AC (ISI Marked) one way etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
