Supplying and erecting centering for vertical plain/ RCC concrete walls of supply channel, retaining wall etc upto 90Cm height with necessary supports,all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90cm x60 cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x25 mm x3mm for bearing laid silver Oak/ Country wood joist of size 7.50 cm x5.0 cm spaced @ about 90 cm C/C and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm C/C etc,, complete complaying with standered specfications and as directed by the departmental officers. - Plinth Beam

Brick work in Cement Motor 1:5 using country bricks of size 8 3/4x 41/4x 21/4 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved sources including cost of cement which will be supplied by the contractor own cost of stipulated under special condition, including the conveyance of cement from the departmental saction stores to work site and bandling charges for the same at both ends including labour charges for mixing cement mortor including safolding charges extra labour for working in heights and watering and curing with all leads for good soft potable water and including all other incidental charges etc.complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel and labour charges for cutting, bending, grilling, tying and fixing in position as per standard specification.

Reinforcement CC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and favricative charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roofs

Plastering with C.M 1:5 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications
