Annual Maintenance Works of 4 Nos. of 115MW Generators serving at Varahi Under Ground Power House, Hosangadi

The bidder shall be a regular contractor/ authorized agency/firm with Class-1 or above Electrical license having proven experience in Electrical/mechanical works who has carried out the Annual maintenance/repair works of Generating units of capacity more than 50MW at Power Utilities/ Govt. organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/ Reputed organizations. In proof, bidder shall furnish work order copy of a single work carried out by the bidder, of value not less than Rs.8.32 Lakh carried out within last five financial years. Work done of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year (i.e. for the period 2021-22(50%), 2022-23(40%), 2023-24(30%), 2024-25(20%) and 2025-26(10%)) and satisfactory work completion certificate issued from the competent authority have to be furnished.

The Bidders in the last five financial years should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.16.64 Lakh. Financial turnover of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year (i.e for the period 2021-22(50%), 2022-23(40%), 2023-24(30%), 2024-25(20%) and 2025-26(10%)). In proof, Annual Report/turn over certificates/profit and loss statement duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished.
