Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes set, jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection, laid in bays and joints shall be filled up with bituminous gola with 80/25 bitumen ( 1 part of bitumen to be mixed with 3 part of sand) and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed.
