Operation and maintenance (Routine and Preventive) of water supply system as per the Inventory attached including Submersible Pumps, Booster pumps, monoblock centrifugal pumps, water softening plant, filters all related accessories, panels, starter panels, cables, pipes, valves, instruments etc complete including supply of all required consumables item like resin, salt, etc for smooth running of water supply system as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The item includes all manpower minimum 1 operator round the clock as required. and one helper in general shift. only on week days. (Inventory as per AnnexureII to be operated,but scope of without preventive/routine maintenance job)

Providing consumables like salt, resin, for running of softner and miscellenous material like Gland dori, dhoti, grease etc for the preventive maintenance of Pump installation as required.

Dosing of suitable chlorine for disinfection as required for drinking water including material, manpower, transport etc all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Repair of horizontal/vertical type centrifugal pump set connected with upto 5 HP TEFC induction motor upto 3500 RPM suitable for 400/440 volts 3 phase 50 Hz AC Supply repairs includes the complete overhauling , replacement of defective parts i/c mechanical seal , rewinding ,the motor and replacement of Bushes/Bearing etc,as required i/c dismantle material like copper scrape and iron scrape as credit item on buy back basis.Make:- GRUNDFOS.

Rewinding of motor i/c replacement of mechanical seal with suitable size of copper conductor wire, complete with processing of lamination, varnishing, baking etc including testing & commissioning ,taking away the dismental material as credit on by back basis as required. GRUNDFOS - Hydropneumatic / Booster Pump Motor 10H.P

Repairing of monoblock 1H.P submersible pumps set (Sump pump) suitable for 400/440 Volts 3 Phase 50Hz Ac supply repairs includes the complete overhauling, replacement of defective parts i/c mechanical seal, rewinding the mump motor etc as required i/c dismantle material like copper scrape and iron scrape as credit item on buy back basis Make:- GRUNDFOS.

Replacement of 50 mm multi port valve including dismantling and fixing new multi port valve in MGF tank and taking away old valve. Make:- Medas.

Carrying out the checking and periodic preventive maintenance of fire fighting pumps, Automation, star Delta starters, Electrical Panel, Pressure Gauges, Valves and all associated accessories, as per the Inventory attached of Pump House No. I & II. Also to carryout the system operational drill once in three months and check the functioning of the complete fire fighting installation in the University Campus. Identifying the defects if any anywhere in the system and report to Engineer-in-Charge for his directions etc as required.

Providing , fixing, testing and commissioning of industrial type pressure guage of 100 mm dia. for inspection of the pressure of flow of water complete as required.
