Supply & Errection 7 M height dip galvanised octagonal pole made of HT steel of grade S355 of BSEN 10025 with 155 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick G.I Sheet along with base plate of size 250 x 250 x 16 mm thick with in built terminal box for cable connection as required inclusive of "J" type Foundation bolt (size- M20 X 600) & 0.5M circular arm bracket (angle should be decided by EIC) also backelite sheet with two 6A. Sub Head:2 Supply and Laying of Cable

Supply of 1.1 KV grade PVC/AL AR Cable 4 core 6sq.mm. (Havells /Finolex /Polycab /KEI) for Gatelight/Glow Sign.

Laying of cable upto 4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below:-

SUB HEAD 3 ---Glow sign Board

SITC of 3 nos. Glow Sign Board (1 no.6ft x 3 ft x 8 inch depth) made from 40x40x5mm MS angl, 40x5mm MS flat having the provision for opening back side by 25x25x5mm MS angle with required number of hinges duly welded. There will be vertical support in each 4ft length and as per direction of EIC. The entire board should be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of RO primer.

The front and side facia of the board is to be made with 2mm thik White PVC sheet of export quality having suitable size and to be fixed by required SS screws. The back side of the board should be enclosed by 20 SWG GI SHEET. S & F 25X25X6 mm aluminium angle by SS Screws at peripheri of the board. The matter is to be incripted on a whole best quality venyle sheet as per approved size, colour & matter which will be pasted properly over the PVC sheet. Inscripton of the board will be provided at the time of layout. Demo incription should be approved by EIC before finalization.

Installation the same Glow sign board at suitable place by making suitable sized RCC muffing & neet cement finishing etc.with two nos 32x32x6 mm MS angle iron bracket for support on the back side rigidly grouted or drilling for support on the back side rigidly grouted or drilling hole for protection support on the back side rigidly grouted or drilling hole for protection support by heavy type screw/nuts & cement net finish etc. & painting.

SUB HEAD 4 -----SITC of Lightning Protection System

S & F Lightning conductor Air-terminals made of 15 mm dia 1500 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc only grouted on the parapet etc in CC mortar.(4.2.1)

Cutting cornices/steps etc including cutting recess in buildings etc & supply & fixing 15mm bore (ISI Medium) GI pipe protection as below and mending good damages to the building works. Length uptyo 0.5 Mtr.

Making soldered joints between conductors, conductors and airterminals for 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire incl. supply of jointing materials and painting with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint.

Making soldered joints between conductors and down pipes/other metallic objects for 14 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, including supply of necessary 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, jointing materials and painting with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint.

Hiring charges for scanfolding arrangement including dismanlingant the end of work and carriage for LC installation, per storey of building for vertical run.

Supply & fixing of GI (Hot Dip) strips 20mm x 3mm thick for horizontal run on the Parapet/Roof/Wall with GI saddles 1100mm apart incl. mending good damaages to building work.

Supply & fixing of GI (Hot Dip) strips 20mm x 3mm thick for vertical run on wall with GI saddles spaced not exceeding 1000mm apart incl. mending good damages to building work.

Supply & Fixing of Testing Joints by 20mm x3mm thick GI (Hot Dip) strip 125 125mm long grouted on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall for making connection with thimbles at the end of 7/10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) stranded wire and 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of vertical conductor and conductor from earth electrode complete with S & F thimbles, GI bolts, nuts, check-nuts, spring washers etc as required.

Earthing 50mm dia dia GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mtrs long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtrs long), 13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl.
