Complete maintenance of existing garden/landscape features i/c lawns, ground covers, rockeries, flower beds, creepers and climbers, shrubs, Seasonal Plants, Ornamental Plants, Ground Cover Plants, Trees , Tree Plants, Creeper Plants, hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, cheeling the lawn grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil,mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure, removal of garden waste topiary works, planters at all the levels of area, planting of annual seedlings, cutting of hedge/edge, display & maintenance of potted plants, topdressing by spreading of good earth, manurering, spraying of insecticides, pesticides, wormy compost, application of fertilizers, clipping of branches and all self-grown trees within the area, sweeping of lawn, jobs like making of basin at regular interval, disposal of rubbish generated during the whole day working at specified place, Displaying & maintenance of ornamental foliage / indoor potted plants & Transplantation and maintenance of other garden related works, etc. all complete as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Note:- A. Provision of water & watering arrangements, Insecticides, Perticides, Herbicides, Compost, Lawn mover & brushcutter with fuel, Motors & Pumps and other T & P material/articles shall be done by the contractor. However, cost of Good Earth, Manure, Urea & DAP shall be paid seperately. B. Measurement will be done on actual sqm of area maintained in a month and the frequency of maintaining an area will be on monthly basis.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooring trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooring with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.

Fine dressing of the ground.

Supplying, stacking & spreading of good / Red earth at site including carriage will all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying, stacking & spreading of cowdung manure at site including carriage will all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (manure measured at stack shall be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supply of packed urea at site

Supply of packed DAP at site.

Supplying Unskilled Manpower for day to day horticulture/maintenance jobs, (The contractor is bound to pay the minimum fair wages prevailing at the time of opening the tender and or statutory increase in future by Central Govt. during the entire period of the contract. The contractor will be responsible to supervise the work assigned to labours and has to supply T & P as per the requirement.)
