Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard blue granite metal by volume for levelling course in foundation trenches manholes inspection chambers etc., including charges for scaffolding , shoring , strutting, bailing out water if necessary ramming , consolidating cuing etc., cost and conveyance of all materials complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications at all leads &lifts inside the building

Supplying and erecting CENTERING AND SHUTTERING with necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, LINTEL SUNSHADES, etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets etc., complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1 1/2 :3 (One cement, one and Half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION and BASEMENT including laying Consolidating finishing curing etc., Complete Complying with Standard Specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing rain water harvesting using 8 No.of RCC well rings of 90cm inner dia (clear) with 5cm wall thickness made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm hard broken jelly to a height of 30cm each supplying and fabricating 16 No. of 8mm dia MS rod vertically and 3 No. of 8mm dia MS rod circumferentially tied together with 18 guage binding wire for well rings including necessary earth work excavation 1.2m dia to a depth of 2.5m, supplying and filling 40mm HBG inside the erected well ring to a depth of 15cm, and top covered with RCC circular perforated cover slab of 0.9m dia and 7.5cm thick which inclusive of cost and fabrication of 8mm M.S reinforcement at 15 cm spacings on both directions and one 10mm M.S rod ties at the edge of the slab circumferentially including cost of moulding, curing, finishing and well placing in position and disposing off excavated earth with all initial leads and lifts in places as shown by the Departmental officers etc., complete in all respects.

Supplying and laying TAMIN paver block providing and laying of 80 mm thick high strength tybe conforming IS 15658 - 2006 of TAMIN paver block in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub pase, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers sweeping transporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification
