S&F,testing and commissioning of Trolley mounted distribution transformer with 250 KVA, 11/0.433 kV, 3 Ph, ONAN, Copper wound, BIS Certified EEL2 Distribution Transformer with Off Circuit Tap Switch on HV Side with tapping range of +5% to -10% insteps of 2.5 % along with MCCB on LT Side Total Losses @ 50% Load : 980 W Total Losses @ 100% Load : 2930 W incl Trolly of suitable size made out of MS Channels of size 100/75mm frame covered with MS Sheet 8/10 mm thick covered on the top of the trolly, supported with angles iron & flat iron of sizes 50mmx6mm frame work complete with nut and bolts etc for mounting Transformer 250 KVA Out door type and trolley shall be consisting of the following accessories and attachments :- (a) Trolley of suitable size as per manufacturer's recommendation, made out of MS channels of size 100/75mm frame covered with MS Sheet 8/10 mm thick covered on the top of the trolly, supported with angles iron & flat iron of sizes 50mmx6mm frame work complete with nut and bolts etc for mounting Transformer 250 KVA Out door type with suitable rating MCCB and trolley shall be consisting of the following accessories and attachments :- (i) Centre axle two (02) Nos with moving attachments with towing hook on front axle turnable upto 30°, towing attachment should be spring loaded towing hook for universal attachment with any vehicle size 36mm round,wheel drums for mounting wheels and eight nos inner tubes/outer tyres complete for front & rear(Make- CEAT,JK,MRF). (ii) Four (04) sets of spring tension suitable capacity to bear the load of 250 KVA Transformer. (iii) Two (02) Nos of Spare inner typres/tubes (Stepney)complete. (iv) Provn of wheel brake system with hand lever. (v) Finishing with grinding and one coat of Zink-chromate (primer) and two coat of super syenthetic enamel paint of any shade as approved (vi) Traingular drawbar on front made with male female angle and pipe bushes with eye hook towing arrangement. (vii) Hydraulic jack with iron wheel not less than 3 TON capacity. (vii) LT panel board KIOSK outdoor type 3.15mm thick for 400 amps thermal magnetic type MCCB, 415V,50kA,aluminium bus bar for suitable rating, front and rear door opening system, digjtal multifuntional meter panel complete mounted on trolly stand complete all as specified and directed. Make of transformer- ABB/TRANSCON/SCHNEIDER/ SIEMENS/KIRLOSKAR Note :- Contractor will provide drg/layout sketch for trolly mounted transformer with acessories to obtain prior approval from GE.

Supplying, laying, connecting, commisioning and testing HT Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electrical power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sq mm 3 core, laid in trenches/fixed to pole/passing through pipe, ISI marked as per IS : 7098 ( Part-2 ) complete with all as specified.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, testing and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 300 sq. mm 3.5 core, laid in trecnhes or fixed to pole/wall complete all as specified and directed.
