Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in hard/dense soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work in CM (1:4) with sub class 'B' bricks above ground level and not exceeeding 1.5mtr in height from ground level including footing complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 finished even and smoooth without using extra cement for foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 finished even and smoooth without using extra cement as on brick pillars complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick plaster on brick work/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for construction of valve pit chamber having internal dimension 120 cmx120Cmx 120cm (internal dimension) using PCC (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick brick wall using old size bricks in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering in (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all around the brick work, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone Aggregate as in coping for grouting MS frame including 3mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement, MS frame shall be made out of 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary form work and excavation in any type of soil, retuning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed not exc. 1.5 mtr above the staring point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up Cast Iron /Ductile Iron/GI water mains 375 mm bore including all fittings with spigot & socket ends of lead/tyton joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separetely.

Supply, Laying, Jointing and testing Ductile iron (DI) pipe internally cement mortar coated with spigot socketed ends, class K-9, conforming to IS-8329 laid in trenches of 600 mm bore of pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and fixing DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends ,any type, radius and angle/ tapers any type, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs 600 mm bore confirming to IS: 9523 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Tyton joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, fixing, jointing & testing in replacement cast Iron Sluice Valve 600 mm bore, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, PD Short body confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed .

Supplying, fixing, jointing & testing in replacemnt cast Iron Sluice Valve 400 mm bore, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, PD Short body confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed .

Supplying, fixing, jointing & testing in replacement cast Iron Sluice Valve 200 mm bore, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, PD Short body confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement cast iron air release valves with two air outlets and fixing up the same in DI/cast iron water supply mains of 200mm bore/sizes complete including nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rubber Gasket Joint (Tyton Joint) for 600 mm bore DI/CI pipe including jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation flanged ends Water meter in replacement , size 600 mm bore under suitable for cold water for potable water supplies, including flanged ends and all jointing materials as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Water meter shall be CI, Class B, woltman type and provided with mechanical count, ISI Marked,IP68 protection, dry dial, PN 1.6 & having accuracy of + 2%.

Supply and fix in replacement in existing LT Panel, ACB 800 Amps ,4 Pole, 50KA manually draw out type 'H' confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2 , with high mechanical and electrical operating life, 100% rated neutral pole, protection through microprocesser based release (SR18G, SR18G+D, SR18GI+D & SR71) with self diagnostic Microprocesser based releases with onload testing through test button, Inbuilt reveal memory , protection release confirming to EMI/CMC standards, breaker status and control through MOD Bus rotocol (UN-CO module) complete with and including necessary alteration & material as per site requirement to make the ACB fully functional complete all as specified and as directed. Cat Part No. IHAFS21080 of Havells or equivalent of Approved makes.

Supply and fix in replacement in existing LT Panel, ACB 1250 Amps, 4 Pole , 50KA manually draw out type 'H' confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2 , with high mechanical and electrical operating life, 100% rated neutral pole, protection through microprocessor based release (SR18G, SR18G+D, SR18GI+D & SR71) with self diagnostic Microprocessor based releases with onload testing through test button, Inbuilt reveal memory , protection release confirming to EMI/CMC standards, breaker status and control through MOD Bus rotocol (UN-CO module) complete with and including necessary alteration & material as per site requirement to make the ACB fully functional complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for plate earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 32mm x 6mm strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all surrounded by adequete quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, earth strip encased in 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, including providing watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of the earth pit to the top of the electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B - O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, earth work and RCC cover Complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate number 3 of SSR part -1,

Supplying, fabricating, fixing in position cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section any type /size /shape incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as required at site, including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling and taking down existing cross arms, bracing, supports, including opening of nuts & bolts, cutting, drilling etc whatever required at site Note:- Old and retrived material will be the property of contractor

M & L for dismantling of existing value pit chamber of any size and description including removal of material from site and depositing Where directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note:- Old and retrived material will be the property of contractor

Material and labour for dismentling for dismentling of existing earthing of any description and making good the disturbed surface after removal of material all as directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note:- Old and retrived material will be the property of contractor.
