Taking down carefully existing transformer 11 KV, 25 to 100 KVA, step down, outdoor type, from PCC foundation/Pole and shifting to site at Tibri Mil stn all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge including connecting to existing/ new connection complete and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting in Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including 5 Nos alternate bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of radium spray/synthetic enamel paint (Red and Yellow) at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking of pole number with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix prestressed concrete poles of 11 meter long having 152 mmx 152mm at top and 152 mmx260mm at bottom, Class-9 including painting the PCC pole of 5 Nos bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Black and Yellow) over a coat of primer at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Laying and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluuminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size ,of size 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floor/ road/ along the pole. Notes :Excavation, earth work, cable protection and sand cushioning and joints shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply and Laying and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluuminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size ,of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floor/ road/ along the pole. All as per item No 04 above but 16 Sqmm 4 core.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

All as per item No 07 above but depth exc 1.5 m and n. exc 3 m.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above,the starting point.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast conncrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of cable cover perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/ abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick sub class "B" old size for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning in trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers before laying the cable & after laying the cable complete all as specified.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type D:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in coping of pole including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long, including MS clamps made out out of MS flat iron of size 40X4mm thick with nuts&bolts,washers complete and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc. including painting MS clamps with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of junction box size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm poly corbonate with glass fibre reinforced, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen and silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rule internally embedded gasket, junction box including 3 phase 415 volt aluminium bus bar and Din rail for fixing the MCB 6A 10KA to control the street light including necessary clamps, nuts bolts to fix the junction box with poles all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC copper cable multi stranded twin core size 2.5 sqmm including rigid non metal PVC conduit fixed with and including clamps, nuts and bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new generation energy saving IP 66 street light luminiaries with long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium road way security light luminaire with high power LED 90 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing and commissioning of LT out door feeder pillar box double door type with neoprene rubber gasket, vermin/dust / weather proof, 415 Volts, 50Hz, self ventilation on both sides, totally enclosed busbar, fullly comparted type, front openable hinged independent door for each compartment with proper locking arrangement and common front and rear door openable with mild steel sliding door bolt 300mm long locking arrangement, made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, properly welded and connecting the incoming / out going cables by providing cable glands and cable lugs including taking down existing panel complete all as specified and directed comprising of following accessories :-

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, out door polymer type gang operated air-break switch TP, suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators for currect rating upto 200 Amps with operating mechanism worked from ground level.

Supply and fixing in repair of three phase 5 KW automatic street light control switch using infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH FOR automatic switching of street lightss nature switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Switching off illuminance level should be greater than or equal to 10 LUX. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wass mountable enclosure made of rest proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-66 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
