SITC of LT Cubicle type fully compartmentalized floor / wall mounted panel board of size with multi-tier arrangement, having rigid & self supporting structure fabricated with sufficient no. of channels (50x15x15mm) and covered by 14 SWG CRCA sheet with base structure by 75x40x4mm channel. All incoming, outgoing are to be housed in respective compartments with hinged & gasketted doors at the front. All the doors should have panel lock arrangements in such a fashion that it can not be unlocked unless the respective feeder remains OFF. The rear of panel should have gasketted wire net guard for ventilation and arrangement shall be made for easy access to each compartment by providing rear doors with locking system. The panel is to be properly gasketted to prevent the dust & vermin. All vertical & horizontal bus-bar chambers are to be properly arranged & all electrical switches, bus-bars are to be fixed by MS nut-bolts on suitable hylam board / non-hygroscopic insulators of adequate size & dimension. The outgoing feeder connections from respective switches are to be made at the rear side of the panel by means of bus-bar / multicore copper cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connections or bush insulators for bus connection, as directed by EIC.

BUS BAR CHAMBER: 415V,400A 4 bars BBC of suitable dimension made out of 14 SWG powder coated CRCA sheet with front covers fixed with 4 nos fixing bolts in each with 99.99% electrolytic tinned copper bars a) for main vertical BB: 4 X 50 X 5 mm annealed Cu bar insulated with good quality heat sink on bakelite insulator & front transparent fibre glass guard. b) For horizontal BB: 4 x 20 x 5 mm annealed Cu bar insulated with good quality heat sink on bakelite insulator & front transparent fibre glass guard.

Dismantle the existing TPN SFU, Connection etc from the existing panel and making temporary arrangement to feeed the existing fed locations.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. [ F-5,9 ]

S & F of 415V, FP 63A FP MCB after withdrawing the SFUs of the SNCU & Baby Nursery Panel, First floor OPD Panel and making necessaryarrangement and required connection as required.

Dismantle the existing 2 nos 3.5 core 240 sqmm and one number 3.5 core 300 sqmm Al armoured cable from the existing panel and removing the MS gland box, six nos old empty main switch cover, ms box, loop box, withdrawing different size of cables which are not in used and in damaged condition and relaying the 6 nos different type cables on wall approx 4 mtr each by ms saddle and as required. .

Supplying and fixing of 415V,400A open execution type change over switch with S & F sheet steel enclosure (Cat no: CO44000OSOO) having extended handle with S & F flip-able handle (i.e. assembly of handle, shaft, center bush, bush clip) (cat no: CX40001OOOO) fitted on wall with suitable size of fastner. .

S & F 50mm metal flxible pipe with necessary couplings as required having outer edge of PVC made.

S & F 415V AC, LED Digital Ammeter with necessary inter connection including S & F connecting wires, sockets etc (Make L&T, cat no: WL131010OOOO)

S & F 240V AC, CT having ratio 400/5 with necessary inter connection including S & F connecting wires, sockets etc (Make AE) after removing the existing busbar and reinstalled the busbar after fixing the CTs.

S & F 415V AC, LED Digital voltmeter with necessary inter connection including S & F connecting wires, sockets etc (Make L&T, cat no: WL132010OOOO)

Painting the Main switch cover, grill, Busbar chamber etc after cleaning rust by sand paper.

Covering the holes by brick and sand in the wall(approx 1 sqmtr) and plastering the wall both in outside and inside where the holes are exsist.

S & F of 230V LED panel indication lamp after disconnecting the faulty one ( Make: L&T/Other similar make).

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. [G-2,4b]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe(By TATA-Medium GI pipe) 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:

Supplying & fixing earth strip of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm

S & F of 40mmx 6mm T type MS angle of length 300mm length duly painted as required and fitted by required size of fastner.
