M&L in repair of sub main wiring using two single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in pvc conduit/EXISTING concealed walls/ceiling with accessories like bends, tee, etc. Dismantling and fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 1.5 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing. Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manners.

Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable upto 25 sqmm 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing/cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of BoQ.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 16 sqmm 2 core with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade in trenches ducts, pipe on walls, poles including taking down old UNSV Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 10 sqmm 2 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete including taking out existing u/s LT cable all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe(DWC) confirming to IS 19430 Part -I of size 50mm outer dia and 38mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed
