Supply and fixing of rebar/anchors of designed embedment length & Dia wherever required, including power drilling, cleaning of holes, then rebars should be inserted in holes that should be filled with FIS EM Plus of Fischer/RE 500V3HILTI or equivalent, a heavy duty pure epoxy based rebar ring chemical with ETA approval, DIBt, approved for diameter range from 8 mm to 40 mm reinforcement bar as per manufacturer's specification as per the direction of Eng In-charge. Drilling of hole should be done upto provided embedment depth as per the design from manufacturer's team followed by cleaning with blow pump, wire brush and blow pump for 4 times, complete as per the manufacturer's methodology. The chemical shall be approved for diamond-drilled and water-filled drill holes as well as seismic applications in performance categories C1, C2 for rebar connections. Product shall have test certificate for 120 years of service life & shall have ETA complying to EAD 332402-00-0601-v01. Supplying and fixing of rebar of 8mm/10mm/12mm Dia bar D-250 (RE 500V3 -HILTI/FIS EM + - FISCHER)
Surface Preparation: Make a 'V' groove 5 mm wide and 5 mm deep over the crack line using an electrically operated angle grinder with a diamond concrete saw blade. Clean the groove thoroughly with an air blower as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Sealing with Epoxy Repair Mortar: Seal the exposed 'V' groove (5 mm deep, 5 mm wide) with a solvent-free, moisture-tolerant, thixotropic, two-part structural adhesive and epoxy repair mortar cum surface leveling mortar. Ensure the epoxy repair mortar has compressive strength ≥ 60 N/mm² (7 Days, BS 6319), flexural strength ≥ 20 N/mm² (7 Days, BS 6319), and tensile strength ≥ 10 N/mm² (7 days, ASTM C 307). Use products like NITOMORTAR S OF FOSROC, Sikadur®-31 of Sika, MasterBrace 2200 BASF, or equivalent of Pidilite.
NRV Nozzles Installation: Drill and fix NRV nozzles in RC members, including (fixing material: Renderoc Plug of Fosroc / Sikadur-31 of Sika/ MasterBrace 2200 of BASF or equivalent of Pidilite& Krishna Conchem). Drilling Holes: Drilling 12 mm dia, 50 to 75 mm deep holes or upto required depth in structural members of the intervals of 350 mm in staggered manner or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in RC structural elements. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of Nozzles: Insert 12mm dia. NRV nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thyrotrophic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min. 12 hrs. Cuttting of Nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.
Providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface with two component epoxy based bonding coat Nitobond EP of Fosroc make or equivalent, having specific gravity 1.15 to 1.2 gm/cc,. The bonding agent shall be applied by brush & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 5-6 hrs at 20 deg C & 2-3 hrs at 30 deg C. Laying of reinstatement polymer modified mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat.
Provide and apply single-component, free-flowing, non-shrink cementitious microconcrete at a water-to-powder ratio of 0.15. The microconcrete should have a fresh wet density of 2200 kg/m³ at 27°C and an unrestrained expansion of 1 to 4% as per ASTM C827. It must achieve a flowable consistency and compressive strength of not less than 10 N/mm² after 24 hours, 35 N/mm² after 7 days, and 45 N/mm² after 28 days at 30°C. The cured microconcrete shall be free from metallic aggregates and chlorides, and it must be shrinkage-compensated in the plastic state. Payment will be based on the consumed dry material of the microconcrete mix (Product :- Renderoc RG 45 of Fosroc/ SikaRep® Microcrete -4 of Sika / MasterEmaco S-346 of BASF or equivalent of Pidilite)
