12mm Cement plaster of mix: 13.1.1 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) .

Providing and fixing of PVC panelling of approved pattern over and including base of 12mm ply framework,ncluding cornice with head less nails and Corner beading and cost of fixtures and fittings complete job.

P/F of imported laminated wooden flooring of 8-10 mm thick of type AC4 ( green ply or of any standard qlty )incl laying of 2mm foam underneath with all necessary fixtures cornice beeding lipping complete job.

Providing and laying vitrtified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.In all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Fume Red Brown.

Wiring for light point in 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable of Polycab /Finolex /Havells /Anchor /Salzer make in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit (25 mm dia PVC Conduits including cutting of walls /floors with hydraulic cutters and refacing to original position by way of cement plastering /pop / paiting etc complete job ) , with 6Amps modular switch, modular plate , suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 s q.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. ( P+N+E for Normal and invertor points per room is to be provided seperately). The job includes providing and fixing of 6 Amps S.Pole MCB to be housed in DB Box including cost of MCB DB BoX. The job further includes providing and fixing of 12-15 Watts LED Down lighting fixture (commercial type) having aluminium body of standard make dully isi marked ,including GI Lighting deep to be recessed in slab complete job .

( incl Cost of Conduit/Channel ) . The job includes providing and fixing of 16 Amps one way switch and 16 Amps one way socket of modular series with cover plate to be fitted on GI Box of required size to be fitted on walls with necessary screws including refacing of walls whereever required complete job.The job includes circuit wires from DB Box to first switch in sub circuit ,max two points shall be paired in one circuit complete job ( No extra circuit wiring will be paid what so ever the length ).The Job further includes The job includes providing and fixing of 16 Amps S.Pole MCB to be housed in DB Box including cost of MCB DB BoX.
