Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation as per manufacturer etc., of capacity 30 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix strandard aluminium conductor with 1100 volts grade heavy duty UG cable XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed LT UG cable 25 sqmm 3.5/ 4.0 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for sand cushioning with sand in two layer, first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ ducts for cable inculding consolidation of each layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness of sand cusioning shall be measured after punning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' brick for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 depth and getting out soft/loose soil for laying cables/ pipes/erection of poles etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning filling in, with excavated soils incl. spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing excavated material/ surplus soil exceeding 250 M and n.exc. 500 M and deposting where directed at a level n.exc. 1.50M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for cutting the existing road for laying of cables and pipes in hard standing of size and pavings n.exc 15 cms thickness (below ground level) for road cutting channel to lay pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1: 3: 6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation inculding form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and laying light grade GI pipe 50mm dia (ISI Marked) as cable protection to be fixed on walls, poles with necessary clamps as per existing or in road crossing inculding removing old one if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of MS clamps if required to be fixed on Pole)
Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burnied directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32x6 mm size, by means nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron from earth electrode to test point i.e up to 7.5m and 32x6 mm size, by means as earth lead protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 2 nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape , GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point with fixing arrangement CI funnel wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole each of capacity 63 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
