Charges for overhauling of 1200 mm motor operated Butterfly valve gear boxes of CWP-5A, 5B, 5C & 5D by dismantling the assembly, motor cover, drive screw with drive nut assembly, dismantling the drive gear box bottom body from 1200 mm Butterfly valve, removing sleeve and packing rings and fixing special type of clamps on the main shaft of Butterfly valve for making free operation of opening and closing of valve and replacing the worn out parts if any required and opening the man hole door in 1200 mm large dia. Pipes and inspection of the body seal ring for any damages and adjustment of gates for closing, reassembling, test run and commissioning etc., including cost of T&P and consumables.
Charges for complete overhauling of air release valve in the discharge pipe line of CWP by dismantling the top cover entire body from discharge line replacement of wornout parts, carrying out rectification works if any on valve seating ring, complete cleaning inside and outside of the valve body, refitting, testing and commissioning etc., (All spares and fasteners will be supplied by TANGEDCO, T&P consumables welding M/C etc., are in the scope of contractor)
