Dismantling/ Taking out existing ACSR conductor any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PCC poles/ struts of any sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down old Under Ground cable of size 50x3.5 core including complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc.

Supply ,fixing,connection and testing of XLPE insulated, Screened PVC bedded aerial bunch cable 11 KV(E), 95 Sqmm having bunch of three single core cable duly twisted with each other around insulated steel messenger wire of size 70 sqmm throughout the length including provn of holding pole clamps/ pole mounting support clamps, nut & bolts, anchor clamps on each existing/new pole with proper protection to the cable and other protective materials as required at poles, all as directed. (Make : Havells, KEI, Polycab or equivallent)

Supply laying, jointing and testing UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor conforming to IS:7098 (Part 11),11 KV (E) grade cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre stressed concrete poles 11 meters long 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 including numbering of poles with paint and painting up 1.5 meter above PCC benching of poles in black and white strips 5 number complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing Gang operated switch, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm.(Make : 3M or equivallent)

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade AB cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for single core AB cable of size 95 sqmm complete all specified and directed.(Make : 3M or equivallent)

Supply and fixing straight throuigh Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade AB cable for outdoor heat shrink type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for single core AB cable of size 95 sqmm complete all specified and directed.(Make : 3M or equivallent)

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth wire 4.0 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out in any type of soil for all as directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in any type of soil laying of cables/poles etc.

Returning filling in leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand filling in trenches above and below the cable as in cable protection. NOTE:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type - I, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in foundation filling of pole etc complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary formwork and finished surfaces complete all as directed
