Dismantling and removing cement concrete , R.C.C. columns beams slab staircase landing lintels ,brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead per 1 cum and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. I) RCC Railing

Fixing anchoring bars upto 25mm to 38mm dia after drilling holes grouting with cement or cement mortar as per approved proportion, etc. all complete but excluding cost of rods. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, fixing in position RCC Crash barrier monolithic with slab M-30 grade as per approved drawings and Technical Specifications (Part I/II) Clause 809 section 800 & section 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700 with their clauses and sub clauses of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) and including full compesating to costs all operations, contingencies incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work to specification and as directed by Engineer or his representative to specification.

Providing and fixing 75mm OD P.V.C. SWR D/S Pipe (ISI type-A) to the kerb beam of Bridges as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 15cm dia 1.00m long guard posts of RCC (1:2:4) using 7.5Kg of steel for each guard post with 12mm size black hard granite stone chips including cost of all reinforcement and materials centering shuttering and watering carrying etc complete. with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting on concrete surface Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 sqm with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in Excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing filling manualy with aproved quality sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance,royalty,taxces of materials ,labour & T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:4:8) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance taxes royality, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
