Restoration of Surface Course by Bituminous Concrete ::Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing, laying and rolling of BUSG Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over pepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm as per Technical Specification Clause 505. Painting on concrete surface( Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil,grease,efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 Sq.m.)

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1701. ii) 600 mm equilateral triangle
