SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P -116 AND SPECIAL REPAIR TO FALSE CEILING OF BLDG NO P- 115 AT 21 CSR (A) DRONACHAL BASE BHOPAL

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl Terrazo finish as in dado/ skirting of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:4 on fair face of brick/concrete/stone masonry surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl mixing with integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering over fair face or other than fair face brick or concrete surface in cement plaster 1: 6 finishing the surfaces fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering over fair face brick or concrete surface in cement plaster 1: 3 finishing the surfaces fair & even without using extra cement on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

M & L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls/ any surface with preparing surface and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification incl over a coat of waterproof putty complete all as specified and as directed. Note: M&L for Putty work shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items.

M&L for applying 2-3 mm thick white wall putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old or new surface of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description incl PCC padding, cement plaster any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl making good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.
