Test:- Carrying out the electrologging or any other approved test of pilot hole for ascertaining the details of aquifer and possibilities of having groundwater for considerable time span.
Boring/drilling:- Boring/drilling bore well of required dia up to 450 MM in all type of soil for casing/ strainer pipe by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer #in-charge, Drilling of bore hole of 450 mm ( 0 - 300 mtr )
Casing Pipe:- Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/ plain ended casing pipes of required dia, conforming to IS: 4270, of reputed & approved make, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge iii) 200 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness 5.40mm
Slotted / Screen pipe:- Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted (having slot of size 1.6/3.2 mm) mild steel threaded and socketed or plain bevel ended pipe (type A) of required diameter conforming to IS: 8110, of reputed & approved make,having wall thickness not less than 5.40mm including painting with out side surface with two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire and labour charges, fitting and accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.ii) 200 mm nominal size dia
Column / Delivery Pipe:- Supply and fixing 80 mm dia High Density Polymer Water pipe as per IS 4984, PE-63 grade,10Kg/sqcm rating for borewell including all fittings etc.
Cement packing to restrict permeabillty of saline water. Upto 150 meter depth from ground level.

Supplying, installing & commissioning of 80 mm, 150 class, flange ended SS ball valve of approved L&T, Audco or equivalent make .
Supplying, installing & commissioning of 80 mm, 150 class, flange ended CI Non Return valve of L&T, Audco or equivalent make .
Submersible Pump:-Supplying , Installing & commissioning of multi stage submersible pump of KSB/Kirloskar/Pullen/Calama/approved make as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.:The submersible pump shoud be multi stage Submersible Motor Pumps of minimum rating of 30 HP with discharge Head: 300 Meter (Minimum) suitable for borewell casing pipe of 200 mm dia (ERW Casing Pipe) & 80 mm Dia HDPE delivery/column pipe
Starter Panel :- Supply & Fixing of minimum 30 HP rating 3 phase, 415V, 50HZ FASD (fully automatic star delta) starter with illuminated ON-OFF push buttons(LED type) having suitably rated thermal over load relay and single phasing preventer with auxiliary contactors of approved make. The starter panel to be supplied should meet the requirment of the submersible pump provided.
Flat Cable:- Supply & laying of flat cable of size 3 X 25sq mm with flexible copper conductor FRLS XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor, 1.1 kV grade armoured cable conforming to IS:7098, as per approved make in ground / trench / surface / pipe, etc. wherever required as per direction of EngineerIn-charge complete with all test certificate from the manufacturer.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including taking out and disposal of excavated earth within or outside site to unobjectionable place and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. i) All kinds of Soil
Supplying, filling, spreading & levelling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, filling, spreading & levelling gravels of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm, in the recharge pit, over gravel layer for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and packing Gravel in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: iii) 200 mm dia
Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing / housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete iii) 200 mm dia clamp
Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I). iii) 200 mm dia
CABLING & ALLIED WORKS - ARMOURED CABLES Supply & laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor, 1.1 kV grade armoured cable conforming to IS:7098, as per approved make in ground/ trench/surface/pipe, etc. wherever required as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Note: The rate of Installation should be inclusive of Cable clamps, tags Saddles, Consumables etc. Trays/pipes, trenches, fabricated tray supports etc will be covered & paid in Separate Items Supply and Laying 3.5 Core x 50 sq. mm Aluminium Cable FRLS as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge
Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees & saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish outside the site and to an unobjectionable place
Providing and laying Brick work with bricks of class designation 75 Including Scaffolding : ii) Brick work in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand ) IN FOUNDATION AND PLINTH
Providing and laying cement plaster on surfaces with fine sand including curing etc. ii)12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
Structural steel work in built up sections/ framed work in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. as required.

Supplying and filling Local Fine Sand

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete
Providing and fixing B class G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc for WATER and AIR, External work 80 mm dia. nominal bore
Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed
