Existing steps and walls panel plywood removing with necessary labours, tools and plants collecting the debries loading and unloading with labours and transport etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing of even surface for wooden steps providing of 6mm aluminium checker plate all staircase laying off step and raiser including fixing of step edges area Aluminium 'L' angle with aluminium screw fixing, material with Labour cost etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the old wood works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing of one coat scrubbing, one coat patty, one coat premier and two coat approval matching, colour varnish two coat wood area with labour charge and tools and plants as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm dia meter blue - gum posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4 m over all length ( 3 m height + 0.50 m projection + 0.50 m into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m as directed by the departmental officers.

8 to 16.60M scaffolding etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
